Need some help with a rather confusing issue!

So far I've managed to install some mods, and while wearing equipment and so on works, and that equipment does trigger dialogues and struggling works, as well as the usage of keys.

Everything seems to be working except..

Having those items put on my character? For some strange reason it won't have traps or trigger events equip them. For Lauras Bondage Shop for example, I can ask her to tie me up, and she'll agree. She acts as if she's doing it, my character does the animation for stripping down and will strip. Then.. Nothing? She'll ask if I want a gag, I'll agree, she'll act as if she's gagging me yet nothing will happen.

This is my load order, if that helps at all. Along with showing what mods I have installed obviously. I'm using Vortex.

You're using DD 4.3 when version 5+ has been the standard for a while now. Try updating that (I think this requires starting a new game).

 

Also you have lots of LE mods but you also have Address Library for Anniversary Edition? Which version of the game do you have? Are you sure you're using the correct mods?

Crap. See I think I am?
I can't figure out how to tell that exactly..
Looking up various places that tell me where to find it and being told I can't seem to figure out how to access any. This is what's at the bottom left of my screen in-game

Ontop of that, I right clicked my launcher and it says "1.3.22.0" in properties..
The game itself I've bought since before special edition or any "re-release" was a thing. I have all the DLC. So I think I own Legacy? Special Edition is in my steam library but uninstalled and the version I have is unlisted on steams store so that's why I'm guessing it's LE. 

I'll try updating that (along with getting a mod that changes the start of the game. The intro took forever ahah)

You have the AE version

It's strange that it runs with LE mods at all - well - at least in part.

I would say -> delete everything and reinstall the game...
..gradually with the right mods

as the post below shows -> You have LE and the AE or SE mod must get out of there - because they do NOT work with LE

That's Skyrim LE. Not Special Edition nor Anniversary Edition.

Remove the address library thing. As well as any other mod for SE/AE. Always check you're getting mods for LE and not for other game versions. For example that address library file is from nexusmods for Skyrim Special Edition, which is a completely different URL than the nexusmods site for Skyrim.

Update your Devious devices to 5+ (i think current version is 5.1 or 5.2?). Confirm this is for LE, not SE/AE. And try in a new game.
