I still would move Jcontainers and PapyrusUtil further down. Just in case you get the crazy and unrealistic idea to add more mods ^^

 

Play for at least 24 hours (pulled that number out of my ass) and if it stays stable and you don't see glitches and get bored you could (don't quote me) add more ... MOOORE muwhahaha ... oops

Doesn't matter in your actual overwrite list.

But if you ever install a mod that want's to overwrite PapyrusUtil or Jcontainers, then move those two at the end (to a place they win the conflict, to a place they don't get overwritten, at the end of your modlist)

That's for the PLUGINS load order, not the MODS load order, so the suggested load order for the plugins doesn't help, sorry... I just use LOOT for the plugins load order

 

I need to know how to sort the trouble mods, because what I'm looking for is for SOME females to have a schlong, and some to NOT, meanwhile some schlongs for pretty much anyone can be equine, and I'm looking for there to be an option to have a canine one, meanwhile having YiffyAgeofSkyrim...

Okay, that works too for beginners.

But LOOT doesn't know it all.

It will create a stable LO, but if you see oddities or you want other plugins to win you might need to manually modify a LOOT created LO.

A load order always consists of plugins. Means if you say "Load Order" everyone knows there are plugins (esp/esm/esl) in it.

If you say "modlist" or "overwrite list" ppl will know it's all installed mods and not only the plugins

This explicitly says that the left panel, is indeed, the MOD order, it isn't called an "Overwrite panel" (Although there IS an "overwrite" category, but that's for things like Bethesda mods or anything manually installed outside of MO2), nor a "Modlist" (Although it SHOULD be called that as well, because it DOES serve as a modlist, interestingly enough), nor any scrum, agile, or bullshit buzz-words that anyone can come up with, but then again, I'm more used to this myself, so anytime I say "Mods load order", just assume the left pane, or the "Modlist panel" or what have you... Whatever you call it, I just call the left panel the "MODS" load order, because the right panel has the plugins (Since one mod can come bundled with more than one plugin)

 

That aside, I've traded an issue for another, though I believe it to be minor at the moment and will be addressed in the future, for now, I'd like to get YA (YiffyAge) to work, that's my current biggest concern at the moment

LOOT only is able to sort plugins (esp, esm).

Would be crazy if it would go for your left panel (or interesting?).

 

The thing is there are different Mod Managers out there and only MO has that left panel. That might cause confusion.

 

I can only tell how it from my perspective:

The left panel:

install mods / control what mod files get installed /rename mods

control which mod files will be overwritten by other mod files (means overwritten files will not be available to the game, but the overwrite winner files get read instead)

create categories to keep the overview

 

The right panel:

Is the Load Order

not every mod has a plugin (esp/esm) (mods without a plugin relay of either overwriting mod files or getting read by other plugins)

only plugins show up here

plugins control what mod/what part of the mod gets loaded into the game

plugins control what files of the installed mods get loaded

plugins also control with what parameters mods get loaded

The order of the plugins decides what plugin/what part of the plugin is allowed to control a certain aspect of the modded game.

It would ALSO seem that YiffyAge is what's causing the CTD, but for unknown reasons, I've asked in the topic for assistance in the matter, since asking here didn't really help much, course for the right reasons; not many people here use YA, so it makes sense, though I'll play a new game with the updated mods, just to see if maybe THAT will fix what new issues have arisen (Mismatched models, some models not working as intended, though maybe that's just a load order issue as well, an issue between ARW, HCOS, HWOS, MNC, so forth, though I have no idea what I should do in response to this, if I should have a desired mod be lower in the priority list, gather them all together, or what)

I recommend to get first a setup working with the basic frameworks, like Sexlab and MNC

if SL + MNC works add more addons to it

if that works start experimenting with YA which is a custom race

if you try too many things at once you will never know what went wrong or what was the cause
