Mod progressing steadily got the axefighter and all berserker except rosados and  if you want his you will have to do an assettable edit I'm not doing him and now doing the warrior class hopefully I can get a few classes done today

Finished the third of classes that I was planning on modding. This time it is Berserker!

(though considering how smoothly this one went, I'm considering doing one additional class)

Spoiler

Note: Originally, while I was removing every other stripe from the chest area, I had intended for the nipples to still be covered by the stripe that I didn't remove. However, it turned out that I guessed the wrong stripe, and the nipples ended up being visible (whoops).

Here is an alternate tweak where the nipples are not shown (as I had originally intended)

Again, attaching here in case anyone else is interested. There's two files here because one is the alternative version where the nipples are covered.

ModifiedBerserkerMod.zip

ModifiedBerserkerMod_NoNipples.zip

Important note!

This mod modifies the "axe1af_c000" model. I chose this model because it is the only Berserker model that doesn't have the annoying full-body innerwear accessory piece. However, none of the playable characters will use this model normally! (the only units that I've noticed use this model normally are specifically just the female berserkers in Byleth's paralogue).

Therefore, you will need to do an Asset Table tweak to get this to appear on playable characters. Personally, because I like the berserker look but not their in game stats and caps, I'm planning tweaking the Asset Table to make the playable female Warrior class point to my modded berserker model.
(if anyone else would like to use my berserker mod, but don't know how to tweak the Asset Table, feel free to ask me for help!)

Congratz!!

I hope that my walkthrough have helped you.

And yes, you should keep doing more classes to suit your tastes.  You can have JK's fighting your battles for you.  That's how we roll, bro!!

Looks good, Zero_Fucks_Given!

On my side, I finished modding my final class - General. This ended up being significantly more difficult than the others because the General model didn't have a Skin mesh at all, so I couldn't just join a full body to the existing skin mesh. (Now I can finally start my next playthrough)

Once again, I'll attach the mod here in case anyone else is interested:

@D02836115, thanks for your walkthrough!!! That ended up saving me here because I realized that I couldn't just do what I usually did for my other models (reuse a model's existing Skin material, but manually adjust the textures to get the colors to work). So this time it turned out that I needed to bring in and add a foreign MtSkin material from a different bundle, and your walkthrough helped me figure out how to do that.

So thank you!! (and I think I have a better understanding of how the assets in a bundle work now too!)

You should put all your mods together for a nice download.

That's a good idea! Ok, here you are!

MerlinusModdedClasses.zip

This should include my mods for these following four classes:

Spoiler

Warrior:

Berserker:

image.png.8d9cf2ad827d80bb5454f5e7aabab0d6.png

Martial Master:

General:

image.png.a72dec763a53adc51dd1c226e1302535.png

I've also included the AssetTable mod to make normal player Berserkers (with the exception of Saphir and Rosado) use my modified Berserker outfit instead of the default.

However, note that Wave 4 is coming really fast, and that might break the mod. If that happens, just delete the "assettable.xml.bundle" file (in Data\StreamingAssets\aa\Switch\fe_assets_gamedata). Let me know if you want help with getting the Berserker mod back after the wave 4 update.

NO, just restore the Emblem outfits so you can combine with  Zero_Fucks_Given ‘s mod yourself.

Basicly normal character use mesh msn0df_c553 , and Emblem character use mesh cel0af_c580 , there is no texture problem.

I've done it.

Finally I can share my combine mod.

Remember both the normal mesh and the Emblem mesh are all from  Zero_Fucks_Given ‘s mod, thanks so much.

If you want more better mod you should focus on Zero_Fucks_Given ’s work, thanks again.

For game version 1.3.0 ONLY.
