SexLab P+

Does anyone know if Sexlab P+ applies cum overlays to creatures? I'm trying to do it, but instead of applying it to the creature, it's applying it to my character. I'm asking because this was possible with SLACS.

Anyone have issue with creatures animation being improperly aligned? Most noticeable during blowjob scenes as actor height scaling probably causing issues and P+ does not have even actor heigh option

 

P.S Skyrim AE (steam), latest stable P+

If I remember correctly, what that's telling you is that there are no SLP+ animations installed. You need to install SLAL-style animations and then install SLSB-style patches to same. The patches can be found on Scrab's Discord site. There's a link on the description page here. Or you can install your SLAL-style animations and also install the Automated Converter which is also, as I recall, available on her Discord site.

Edit: I tried swapping from SLO Aroused NG to OSL Aroused and it fixed the issue. Perhaps it is due to some sort of initialization issue of the SLO mod after update.

Having the same issue but was already on OSL Aroused with the config set to sexlab (not ostim). Enjoyment bars are stuck and Racemenu plugin detection is crossed out

None of those are listed as requirements anywhere on the main mod page or the installation section of the P+ documentation, so I'm not sure where you are seeing that, but additionally:

- the first of those is only required to fix potential freezes at some points
- the second is just a framework companion to CBPC
- the third IS installed - it's the second item on the list I sent!

so none of that explains why the mod isn't working.

Is there any way to enable custom races or detect them manually? I'm using Beofuled's races and scenes don't start. Base game races work just fine.

I finally got it working on GOG 1.6.1179, I couldn't get the MCM menu for P+ to load before. Apparently there are some other required mods that aren't listed on the installation instructions but will pop up when running the game: Crosshair ref events fix and UI extensions, once those got added the MCM menu loaded properly. Should probably add them to the requirements section.

That's great that you got PPLUS working on GOG 1.6.1179. I have that GOG version as well and am having a problem with it. Specifically, when I open the PPLUS MCM menu, I see it failed to recognize I have RaceMenu installed. It's crossed out (you may have noticed some people above are having the same problem with whatever setup they're using). The RaceMenu version I'm using is v0-4-19-14 GOG overwritten by a GOG 1179 DLL patch. I can open RaceMenu, load presets, and make adjustments to my character just fine. The only problem I see at this point is that PPLUS doesn't realize RaceMenu exists. What did you do to make it work? Thanks.

I downloaded and tried it with the GOG 1179 DLL patch. Same result. P+ didn't recognize RaceMenu was present. I uninstalled the patch, and, of course, RaceMenu wouldn't work because 0.4.19.16 won't work for me without that patch.

 

You have Skyrim GOG 1.6.1179 and got RaceMenu 0.4.19.16 to work with P+?

A bug was introduced in RaceMenu detection in the latest release. Is fixed in latest dev builds, an update will hopefully be published soonish. The update will fix the following issues: (mentioning them here so you guyz dont freak out on known/fixed issues)
- RaceMenu instatllation not being detected
- MoveScene function sometimes causing the player to not move and controls being lost till wait time is over
- EnjoymentGame and OffsetAdjustment failing to work for partner in certain situations
- HideGameHUD option not hiding HUD elements from other mods (not all are covered, but a gud start)

Edit: Also those of you updating from previous versions and controls/enjoyment etc not working, make sure to delete your Settings.yaml file in Overwrite/SKSE/SexLab/ [For MO2 users]

SexLab P+ wont install if you don't install the CrossHairRefEventsHangFix mod. The MCM **WILL** be broken.

It's to stress how much of a requirement that mod is so users don't come complaining afterwards that scene start is experiencing soft-locks. 

Also, the PPA is required for schlong allignmnets to work properly. But not installing it won't prevent SexLab P+ from installing as its a soft-dependency unlike the former.

Ah, well with all those things pending, I need to wait for the fix, don't I? Thanks for all the information, BabyImpala. I appreciate it.

 

Thanks for your second post as well. I found and installed the necessary CrossHairRefEventsHangFix mod previously, and I use PPA already.

well I found where those requirements were put - in the changelog only. They need to be added to the actual mod page and mod installation guide.

No criticism, just an observation. Whenever a complex mod gets updated, it's a VERY good idea to check the changelog before installing the change. On more than one occasion, checking the changelog kept me from screwing up a save. Seems that the modder made changes that either required a new game or that the previous version needed to be uninstalled first but forgot to mention this little matter in the description...

So after adding the two missing mods the MCM works and animations show up, but there are a couple issues still with VR:
- body does not align correctly to the animation, regardless of if VRIK Actions is enabled - it follows the HMD
- hotkeys do not work. I can tell the game is recieving the key presses, since I can set them in the MCM using my keyboard, but at the very least the open menu and end scene binds do nothing.
and also:
- I would like to see a third-person mode similar to how the regular sexlab vr patch has it, as well as the VRIK and MCM scene controls it adds since using keyboard keybinds is clunky at best and impossible at worst if you don't have a keyboard near you, as most won't due to needing empty space to effictively vr.

Once those are fixed this will probably be a solid upgrade from the existing sexlab VR patch.

I wasn't upgrading, I was installing for the first time. The main mod page was edited to mention that VR support MIGHT be available:

Do you have access to the Discord server? We need some active feedback like this on the VRIK stuff since none on the dev team currently has ready access to a VR headset. There is also a new VR dev build there too with new gesture controls which I can guide you through.

Also there are supposed to be three POV modes that you should be able to switch between to control the camera mode and whether view should be attached to body or headset etc.

You misunderstand my point. It's not you upgrading, it's the mod author upgrading his/her mod.

I have few packs of animations installed but I have only very few animations available during sex on the bed... I had much more working nicely, but I updated SL P+ with those new dependencies like stuck fix, PPE, and now I have much fewer animations. I noticed this is because of those tags... Is there a way to make more animations working on a bed again?


Another question, I'm using Vortex. If I would like to update animation packs and install a new ones, then I need to install SLAL packs and at the end, this single SLSB conversion? Do I understand this correctly?

I saw that some people asked this question, but I didn't see any solutions. Maybe someone has one now.


I installed the SLAL packs, then "Automated SLSB Conversions" for each of my mods (except for the Billyy animations, which already come with a patch, and Anub, which supposedly has its own SLSB version) overwriting everything, and I ran Pandora.


In the SexLab+ menu, only the Anub and Billyy lists appear. When I play a sex scene, only their animations appear. But only Billy's animations work; Anub's only partially works, since the creatures play the animation, but the humans just stay still. It's a funny mix of problems. Any ideas? 🥲

I'm having a bit of an issue. I have all the necessary requirements for the mod and I have the latest racemenu installed, which works for every other mod, but it is showing up as not recognized by sexlab/p+. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
