I'll keep that in mind.

If I understand correctly, when a game is saved certain elements within the save, for instance scripts, are "baked in", not removable except through something like a save cleaner tool. Just adding something like SexLab P+ to your existing game doesn't have that ability. Think of it like the difference between Skyrim and Skyrim SE. SSE is an 'update' to Skyrim but so much changed that most Skyrim mods won't work in SSE and vice versa.

Using 1.6.1170 (steam), nothing I try seems to let animations run. I made sure to install slsb conversions for all anims and ran pandora, the mcm registers them all. When starting an animation ingame using matchmaker, the character stands idling in place regardless of what animation I select through the menu. See attached for logs and load orders (session of the papyrus log was me starting an anim with matchmaker and switching anim a couple times, then closing the game) Things I tried/checked: All requirements for P+ and their reqs are active The versions of the animations and their conversions match Turned off almost every other mod, don't think it can be a conflict Pretty please anyone, any ideas on what I'm doing wrong? modlist.txt plugins.txt Papyrus.0.log

I forgot to set the run arguments for Pandora (--tesv:"F:\Modlists\Game Root") Somehow it still managed to generate move/attack animations without that which made me think it was working properly.

I think you have to be a patron supporter of Anub to have access to previous releases or something. I noticed the old link is removed anytime a new one is added into the discord.

You can usually use a newer version of the SLAL animation pack than the SLSB conversions patch supports. Most updates to SLAL animation packs only add completely new animations. In that case the only drawback of using an older version of the SLSB conversions patch is that you cannot use the newly added animations. Only when the animation author replaces or makes changes to existing animations those specific animations will be broken.

I use SLSO setting in SLP+ (not SLSO mod), but even if my PC does not orgasm during an SexLab animation (example; Masturbation) - an orgasm event trigger seems to be send out to other mods. Is it a setting that during Sexlab Animation, the PC will always orgasm (even when using SLSO) on the last animation scene (animation prior to "end scene")?

poporaltemporal Posted August 5, 2025 Posted August 5, 2025 One major thing is keeping me from SL P++.. The new SLAL conversion confusion hell. Wouldnt it be possible to run SLAL pack autoconversion when reading the animation packs? And of course if SLSO not working with SL P++.

Thats exactly is the hell as you need to know animation pack versions and you dont know if the patch includes some animation that some mod requires.

Provides a link to where you need to go to download it (authors page, discord link, etc) and if a mod needs a certain animation, that mod will likely specify which pack version or above it needs. Do you have a mod as an example that requires a specific animation from a pack version? 1

I checked the downloads and found the "automated slsb conversion 0.9d" and the installer asked me dozens of different packs which I dont know which parts of the mods I have installed or what I even do have installed?

SLSB in principle is the same as using SLAL animation loader, but you then dont have to go into an mcm+enable animations+rerun and rebuild SL's animation. And you probably should know what mods you have installed and what they need, since you would have needed to download animations for them regardless of using P+/SLSB conversions. If you have worries you have a mod that requires something specific, go to that mods page and see if its expressed.
Lusciouslochs Posted August 5, 2025 Posted August 5, 2025 Also, if you already have SLAL animations installed in your setup, Automated conversions auto detects what you have installed so you dont have to sift through "the dozens of different packs" as you mentioned. Say Im converting to P+, im currently using SLAL anim loader with Anubs pack/Billys pack/bodysearchanims (which are required by the body search mod, expressed as so on their respective mod page) and Foreplay anims (required by Naked defeat, as expressed on their respective mod page) I uninstall SL ANimation loader (not needed) install Automated conversions, and the fomod will auto detect what slal packs you have. The fomod is your resource that provides the information on pack versions and download links.
