Poof! Six hours gone... But the end of my reinstall draws near (at 'Creatures' now). 

Added even more recommended settings for mods. 

I also added more of my thoughts about the CCC (almost finished with them too).

 

With the next (sex mods) update we get to version 1.0. Grass caching/fixing is still missing for AE but thats the last mod i'm waiting for. After that it is all about switching to OAR, finetuning and looking for the last ?    utminigun.gif.53950c9ab9a31511f3767584923f8093.gif.

Hi again, i am at the final stage of creating LODS with DynDolod!

 

During the final proccess i get this message

Has any one else the same experience?

Either way, i get a lot of warning and error messages throughout the creation proccess but this one makes the exiting from dydolod inevitable and the whole thing does not finalize!

Sounds like the AV problem. Check 'Tips and Tricks'.

First test runs look very good. Especially after i installed 'Northern Roads'.

 

That is quite an improvement over 'Via'. So far the streets arn't as blocky/chunky as before...

Finally down to 'Patches'. So (re)installing takes quite some time and i thought it could be done in ~3 days. Well, that was overly optimistic... ?

 

Anyway, there will be quite a few changes. I got why there are so many patches for 'Ancient Metal' and we'll need a few more of those. The big issue is finding them as there are 130 patches listed on the page. Thorsten will try to get the permission to compile a pack for us here...

 

Hopefully i can manage to create the next update this weekend (no promise!).

I can't find the download on the ENB Skyrim page.  Everything that I can click on is a Google Ad, any suggestions?  Do I have to get it from the Patreon site?

How about clicking on 'News' then 'Download' then 'Skyrim SE'?

First 'real' testrun with the build here.

Moved a few mods so there's no warning for the creation of the 'Bashed Patch'. Others (like 'LUX') got a [Needs Sorting!] to indicate that you have to manually move a few ESP within the LO.

Any plans on making a recommended MCM settings section or something similar in the next update? Been playing with the settings for a while now, still not sure if it's ok especially regarding the SexLab settings.

This update covers mostly the group 'Sex Mods'. OsStim/OpenSex has worked nicely before, but a few updates too many and some things that worked flawlessly before are now a PITA. Also i'm not interested in reworking that part almost every week.

 

So its back to 'SexLab' again. And 'some' other improvements...

Hey, just a tiny contribution, but this mod in the NPC part comes already flagged as ESL, so the green mention isn't needed anymore :3

Yeah, there have been so many updates (and broken downloads) that quite a few mods already have that.

 

Atm. i got this (without flagging for ESL):

I have to go through all mods again and see how the flagging notes have to be changed.

 

After that i start to rework 'Physics and Animation'. I'd guess some mods overlap and can be removed, others have to be updated to 'OAR' too. Also i want to take a look at 'MCO' and, as i found out yesterday, there are specific animation sets for character archetypes. So there's still a lot of work ahead of me...

@Aylis (and everyone)

 

I am trying Improved Camera SE (with Improved Camera Patch Collection). I didn't see it on your updated guide yet. IC is pretty good, but not perfect yet. It may be the kind of mod that you will have to get other things working first, then configure IC. It has no .esp so it is safe to install/uninstall. It is good enough now that anyone could test it.

 

I have also been using FreeFlyCam (on Patreon but free) lately. It gives a little more control over TFC camera. FFC only kinda works with IC, but I am using them together. I have IC's menu turned off. For now, if you are using them together, here is what mostly worked for me until things settle down:

 

Disable FFC in MO2, then get IC dialed in using it's (very cool) in-game menu, then disable the IC menu (.ini setting) and re-enable FFC. Then you can fine tune IC and FFC using .ini files.

 

They are discussing FFC on the IC Nexus Posts page.

 

Other mods will need some tinkering to get them happy with IC, perhaps SL type mods. Hopefully with more eyes on IC more patches and recommended settings will come out.

Suggestion, There is a small change to the position of 'No more Blinding Fog', I believe it should come directly after 'Supreme Ashstorms'

Ashstorms overwrites one fog part and I feel it looks better in this order.

Hello, first I wanted to say how much I thank you for your modlist!

But I have noticed something during my installation of your modlist this afternoon. I've stopped after installing Fooundation mods to install the ones you were quoting in your most recent post:

I installed them, but now when I start SKSE, SKSE Plugin Loader warns me that "SSEShaderTools.dll, disabled, only compatible with versions earlier than 1.6.629. " and that I shouldn'-t launch the game with it. Except that I respected your modlist from A to Z and I never installer this mod, only the CommunityShaders and the game was launching fine before that at each step. I tried to find it but it's nowhere, and I even tried to remove the mods quoted and try it but it still warns me about it.

What gives? Thank your for your patience and your hard work.

EDIT: Found it. It was inside the SKSE Plugins folder. It was installed when I've installed manually the "SSE Parallax Shader Fix v1.0 (BETA) for 1.6.xxx-31963-1-0-ae-1638440136" from one of the mods you've advised. Glad it's fixed but I feel so dumb because it was the only folder I haven't checked before making this post and after searching during an hour inside my plugins of Mod Organizer.

I've got an issue with 3BA, after some testing for some reason there is a neck seam with male player characters, and female player characters if I choose the High Poly Head, NPC's don't have the neck seam and the issue goes away if I disable 3BA and its patches, tried reinstalling it and build it in bodyslide but the issue still persists.

Perhaps a body and/or face texture having the priority over 3BA when it shouldn't? Have you installed any texture after this modlist and is your load order correct?

I did install a texture, but I removed it, this was done when I was still downloading mods from the PC section and the load order should be correct as I made sure to install all the mods in the order. I'll try to modify my load order again, see if the issue goes away.....

Good luck with that. Usually when the textures don't blend well around the neck is when a face or a body texture replaces the one by default provided by 3BA or CBBE (Or Fair skin for this modlist).

Is there any good tutorial for Bodyslide, wich dosen't require  a masters degree in Animation or 3D Art to understand?
I never get my Hair to move and when I try to build any body there are Gaps between the arms and body.

 

What exactly must I do? Selecting the CBBE 3BA V Outfit/Body and -Zeroed Sliders- Preset, then Batch Build ... while having Build Morphs checkt, dosen't seem to do what it should for me....

 

In this program there are 5000 sliders, and 300 dropdowns, and my brain melts reading them all. Anyone can help? Please?

Yeah, I guessed so, that's why I'm just pointing out something when I notice it ^^To be honest, I first got confused, I redownloaded the file to be sure I didn't make a mistake xP
