jib_buttkiss Posted November 10, 2024 Author Posted November 10, 2024 Right, here we go with 1.8.3.1! Just a couple of small fixes that warranted a quick re-release: -That fixed .osp file from the previous page is now in the SE patch, so bodyslides will work (this was the big one, the other fixes could have waited tbh) -Fixed the dialogue to buy the Pretty Princess Dress at Radiant Raiment never appearing -Changed a couple of Morella's hornier lines to only play if she's actually in the mood for sex -Fixed the MCM info for some new options being wrong (worth it because the werebimbo mode was basically incomprehensible without that!) -Fixed intermediate versions of Lyvelia being enabled early You won't need a new save over 1.8.3 for this, though everything I've said about going from <1.8.2 to 1.8.3 still applies. Also, if your spare Lyvelias have already escaped in 1.8.3, this won't remove them. Completing Lyvelia's quest will, though. 3
savagesonic22 Posted November 10, 2024 Posted November 10, 2024 How do I look up the measurements of the npc bimbos again?
Talesien Posted November 10, 2024 Posted November 10, 2024 (edited) Given that the 'no static Bimbo morphs' patch is gone, can I assume that 'BodyGen is dead' indicates it will now work out of the box with OBody applying an appropriate body to Bimbos? Edited November 10, 2024 by Talesien
savagesonic22 Posted November 10, 2024 Posted November 10, 2024 (edited) I know the were option is experimental, but does it work on full bimbo mode and during the day i am back to normal? Or the corruption up to the full curse for the were option to work. When time in the morning does it kick in and when does it wear off at the evening? I just want to get an idea how it works, I am no way complaining about this. I love the werebimbo concept always have. tester86 Posted November 10, 2024 Posted November 10, 2024 Still loving the mod. I was able to buy the Pretty Pretty Princess Dress now but the other option that she offers for 400 gold it states I don't have enough even though I have way more than the 400 requested. I think I read the same thing happened with the lovely princess dress.

Like, I could go in to Survival and force a bimbo into being a sex addict, but if a user just slightly tweaks their Survival MCM it'll happen naturally. I mean, sure, the interaction could be a bit better with actual integration, but not enough better to make it worth spending the time, I'd say. You're right that installing Survival is the quickest way to get those addiction effects, but just like your BoS mod focused and improved on one specific aspect of SL Hormones (bimbofication), I was hoping you could possibly do the same with that specific aspect of Survival. Survival is a massive endeavour and very few of its features are of interest to me. I have nothing against those big all-encompassing overhaul mods like Survival and Hormones, but they have a habit of breaking things, running a lot of features in the background (even when turned off), being updated reallllllly slowly, etc. BoS integration with YPS is all well and good, it fits thematically, and so on. But integration with Survival for a single minor feature like daydreaming is more trouble than it's worth I think. tl:dr I much prefer no daydreaming than dealing with Survival's unwieldiness and script lag.

Might be, might be something else. I can tell you that Bimbofied Followers are instead added to the CC_BimbofiedFollowerFaction. So you would need to add that if you want to cover them automatically as well.

So, the setting does nothing until you become fully bimbofied on your own. Then, it's literally just a clock that forcefeeds you a tonic at 6am, and cancels the tonic at 6pm (or the other way around). So until you're bimbofied enough for tonics to work, this mode doesn't work either. It's pretty rudimentary, to be honest. I didn't even override the default tonic-use messagebox, so it still plays the story box about drinking from the bottle and all that. 19 minutes ago, tester86 said: Still loving the mod. Mostly everything I was waiting to get converted has long since done so, and several mods have ceased development of their LE branch. So I begrudgingly installed the Skyrim SE that I got for free when it first came out but never did anything with. Haven't formed an opinion of SE/AE vs LE yet because I've only been playing for a few minutes at a time before having to save and quit and iron out mod issues. (Hey, I threw together 200+ mods and got it to start up and play on the ...fourth attempt. Then it took a while to iron out the SoS DLL issue and get that working the SMP, etc.) 😁 Just in time for a new update, sweet. Edited November 11, 2024 by Naps-On-Dirt

nefer385 Posted November 11, 2024 Posted November 11, 2024 Hello, I am playing the Bimbos of Skyrim for the 1st time it has been a great experience so far. I just ran into a snag regarding BoS and YPS Immersive Fashion. I am at a stage in YPS Immersive Fashion where the character is prompted to apply nail polish, problem is that this mod Bimbos of Skyrim already painted the character with the Bimbo nail polish. I could not find anything in either MCM to ignore, stop detection or remove the polish in order for me to progress with the YPS questline. I have not heard back from anyone on the other thread yet, but short of you being able to tell me a way to temporarily have the BoS nail polish to be ignored/removed so that I can apply the nail polish for YPS and do the professional manicure quest. Then I will have to ask Emily or someone on the YPS thread to give me the set stages to move forward through the questline via console commands. I hope that there is a hack that I can type in to 'remove the status' of BoS' makeup/nail polish being applied and then after the YPS quest is satisfied that I could reapply the BoS makeup/nail polish via that hack. I know that there are tonics that is stated to temporarily remove the Bimbofication, yet honestly, I wanted the character to continue getting further corrupted without me taking away her corruption. Also, not sure if the tonic would automatically remove the Bimbo nail polish one it is utilized. Any help is welcomed. Thank you.
Naps-On-Dirt Posted November 11, 2024 Posted November 11, 2024 Just a note that I noticed a startup message in the console of BoS stating "older YPS than 6.4 detected. using old functionality". Thats probably just a lazy error message, didn't feel like typing out "or none at all", right? 'cause I don't have it installed.
Selloh Posted November 11, 2024 Posted November 11, 2024 Thanks for the update jib! Morella being fully voiced is a pleasant surprise that I'm finding myself enjoying more than I thought I would. Are there any plans to implement voice lines outside of her "self-contained" lines? Would be fun to hear her voice the lines from the hypno-vial! Also, I am unfamiliar with SLSFR and after looking at the mod page I am still a bit confused about what the mod actually does in terms of gameplay. How would being labeled an airhead affect gameplay? And for bug reports, I noticed that the leather collar still seems to be missing textures, and I have the same issue as kjergaard with the princess dress not having any textures and my pc's body disappearing when they equip it. But the actual percentages are a bit more obfuscated now since it's all in in a script. You can check the CC_NPCMorphHandler script to see them. I don't know how useful you'll find this, but here's how it works. And fair warning, this is another one of those "Jib has done this in an insane way and refuses to fix it" situations. Spoiler Each NPC has a codeblock like this: currentGirl = Roni.GetActorReference() log(currentGirl) bimboMorphHandler.clearBimboMorphs(currentGirl) utility.wait(waitTime) bimboMorphHandler.applyBimboMorphs(0, currentGirl, 0.9, upper) utility.wait(waitTime) The bit we care about is this: bimboMorphHandler.applyBimboMorphs(0, currentGirl, 0.9, upper) The important part is the modifier value. Here, for Roni it's 0.9. It's a scale factor applied to the morphs that you have set in your MCM. So, if the code has a 1.0 there, and your BreastsSSH is set to 1.4, that NPC gets exact;y +1.4 to her BreastsSSH slider. Sound okay so far? Good, because this is where we go off the rails a bit. Because the catch is that, well, the scale factor is wrong. You'd expect that a scale of 0.8 means the morphs are multiplied by 0.8, right? Well... the morphs are actually multiplied by the reciprocal of the scale factor. I can only apologise. So, in this example, Roni's modifier value is 0.9, and only on her upper body. That means that she receives 1/0.9 = 1.11 = ~111% of the morphs that you set in your MCM. Morella gets a small breast size increase in Childish Games, so her modifier value is 2.5. So she gets 1/2.5=0.4 = only 40% of the morphs you set. Basically, this means that modifier values below 1 mean bigger morphs than your settings, and values above 1 mean smaller morphs than your settings. 21 hours ago, savagesonic22 said: So I have botox and the patch for BOS.
