this is a known issue and there is only 2 ways i know of to fix this.  1 -  disable Tales from the Commonwealth(TFTC) until you finish CS or 2 - use console to disable the TFTC

npc until you have moved out of that are then use console to re-enable that npc (may have to do in other areas as well such as Diamond City).

make sure you have most recent version of CS.  also check if you are using PRP (i cannot use PRP due to it doing this in some areas).

something you can try it to use console to resurrect Snoopy. it might work.  he might also become visible if he is part of an AAF scene.

1) Preculled issue

 

Go to your Fallout4Custom.ini in pC:\Users\%username%\Documents\My games\Fallout4

both were turned to 0 i changed to 1 and now the game cell works with no flickering

 

1 is default and best for performance.

 

 

2)  Scrap Everything

 

Do not use Scrap Everything. It is so far the only reported mod that changes your original Fallout4Custom.Ini values. 

 

 

3) Load Order

 

If you have one of the patches (CWSS/BYOP) these patches should have even higher priority than Commonwealth Slavers.

Somehow i set the rule in vortex the wrong way around forcing it to load the patch (CWSS patch) before the main.

Well he is still invisible during sex scenes, also starting a new game he is also invisible, mybe a mod is breaking him.

sorry im asking so much questions but doing the quest runaway slave where you gotta clean for minutemen the last rubble causes my game to freeze perma

The person who I need to talk to under the security booth isn't there? I just walked out of the vault haven't done anything? Is this just a dumb error on my part? am I missing something?

I die instantly when the mod begins because I wear armor when I get collar on. Might want to strip the player completely before that.

I remember that in Nexus there is a mod to disable the dialog camera. Install it and use it on that specific part, because the CTD is due to a conflict with the dialog camera + a mod called "Mi little Nanako".

Right in the beginning of the quest when you have to talk to Murphy when getting cuffed, my character is stripped. Any idea what conflict that could be?

This same mod is the cause. And the reason is this:

I really can't think of anything. This is the first time I read something like this. Snoopy bases his body on a vanilla junkyard dog.

 

You wouldn't have any mods that could affect that?

Think I got most of the endings out of CS2 (I think). I was wondering is the

choose to stay and end up getting rescued by MM

one no longer present? 

 

If Job done limit is reached Lindstrom doesn't respond to player so I guess just raise it to 100 and repeat the quests over and over? 

 

 

No major issues from CS2 during my gameplay (during the grape farm mission settlers does spawn weird in the small room tho), thanks JB
