I have no idea if this was answered already, but how do you get this working with a non-steam version of P5R?

Ann, yup, those feet are poking through like crazy. Quickly resculpted, shouldn't be a problem
For each of the files you just need to replace the matching file in the mod folder.

I can confirm that the makoto bug is fixed, I Haven't seen if the ann bug is fixed but violet is still missing her ankles in the summer uniform.
