What problem are you two having?  Do they look normal in the menu?  Do they look normal in battle?  Is the mod at the bottom of the load order?

well, nothing changed at all. with or without the mod,, the personas stay clothed. i have this mod at the very bottom, below both persona compendium and cbt

ok i got the mod to work now. i just made a new mod for it and made the correct folders in it to show the correct file path.

now im guessing thats why the other mods arent working too, they came with just the files in the main folder rather than having all the extra ones.

for anyone in the future having the same problem,, make a new mod and make these folders inside of it:   P5REssentials\CPK\PERSONAMODEL.CPK\MODEL\CHARACTER

and put the enemy and persona folders in the CHARACTER folder

Alternative model C. P5RndVersionCv1: newest version (5/23/25), wanted to retry it again, outlines are working now, only the main cast has the upated model.

v2 Made adjustments to ann, haru, makoto, and futaba.

v3 Improved shape and textures.

I think some of the people should have mentioned it before, but I can't find the answer. May I know if it is normal to see the huge differents of skin tone between the character's neck and body? Is there a possible fix? The skin tone difference exists for both v2 and V3

I'm using the skimpy mods from @thepledge, and they were mostly working fine, but I just got to June 6th when the summer uniforms kick in, and now Makoto and Kasumi are bugged.  Kasumi is missing ankles, and Makoto looks like this:

What can I do to fix this?

I forgot to mention that Anne also has instances when her legs become...wavy...?  It looks like they warp, almost like they're water.  It only happens when she makes certain poses.

Any solution to any of these issues, or are they just bugs with the mods themselves?  I don't think it has to do with my load order or any kind of conflict.

Was bored trying to learn how cloth works in blender. mocked up a couple things.

I'm curious, what sorts of things are you experimenting with? I've just been using shrinkwrap modifiers and weight paint transfers for my models, but I'd love to learn a new trick or two!

Cloth physics (rubber default works ok, sewing forces).  Using JMedia's old body, setting collisions for it.  Making the mesh from scratch.   There's an ok workflow of taking a game mesh (like panther suit) and using sewing to make it fit over a different base body.

For actual details, there are some tutorials on blender cloth physics for actual patternmaking that are worth watching.  I should just go buy one of those blender plugins at this point.

What we really need to do is find some fashion students that want to build better clothes.

Hey, thanks for pointing those out. Been a while since I've been back and tested, but I'll see if I can help.
Makoto I forgot to update her Metaverse summer uniforrm, which looks like it's probably the one used in these stalking scenes before she joins the team.
Kasumi, sounds like perhaps her socks aren't being loaded in, which leads to her ankles missing. On my end I am seeing the socks in blender, they seem to be weighted properly to the model. Can you post a screenshot of the problem?
For Ann warping, that sounds like a weight painting issue, I'm still quite new to weight painting (and quite amateur at modding in general lol) so I probably accidentally weighted her legs to a bone that I shouldn't have, she has some of the more extreme poses, so something I didn't notice when testing basic walking animations etc... must have slipped through. I'll take a look to see how easy it might be to tackle

For the makoto fix, take the file inside the attached .rar, (C0006_151_00.gmd) and place it inside your mod folder at
Reloaded\Reloaded-II\Mods\P5R.TPL.MakotoQuean\P5REssentials\CPK\Makoto Quean\MODEL\CHARACTER\0006

Thanks.  I think I still have an old save I can use during the stalking days to test this.  I'll let you know if it works.

And I'll try to find an old event for her to grab that screenshot.

Edit: Unfortunately, it did not fix the Makoto issue.  More details, it seems like she's wearing the exact same outfit that she wears during the summer when NOT stalking us, except that she's holding that book.  When she's not holding that book, it looks fine.

For Kasumi:

On another note, Anne's summer outfit also has her feet bleeding through her shoes pretty badly:

Alright, thanks for the screenshots, found the proper makoto model to fix, so this new fix should deal with her book holding model
Kasumi, not sure why her socks aren't loading in correctly, but I reimported the socks on the model, this fix might help
Ann, yup, those feet are poking through like crazy. Quickly resculpted, shouldn't be a problem
For each of the files you just need to replace the matching file in the mod folder.
Makoto - \Reloaded-II\Mods\P5R.TPL.MakotoQuean\P5REssentials\CPK\Makoto Quean\MODEL\CHARACTER\0006\C0006_201_01.GMD
Kasumi - \Reloaded-II\Mods\P5R.TPL.VioletDelights\P5REssentials\CPK\VioletDelights\MODEL\CHARACTER\0010\C0010_001_00.GMD
Ann -      \Reloaded-II\Mods\P5R.TPL.AnnPussyCat\P5REssentials\CPK\Ann Pussycat\MODEL\CHARACTER\0004\C0004_001_00.GMD

should be straightforward to adapt these models for that mod, I haven't tested thoroughly, but just extract this file into your
\Reloaded-II\Mods\p5rpc.kasumiasprotag\Characters\Joker\1\MODEL\CHARACTER\0001
folder, overwriting the models there, and it should work

Thanks.  The Makoto issue is fixed (and that was by far the worst one), but the Ann and Kasumi issues are still there.

got distracted with an idea to fix the transparency issues.  This is not actually an alpha channel. it's just the base skin texture with a white transparent layer over it flattened in image editor.  Remapped the UV by projecting from view and lining up the key features.  Mostly sharing for better image editors to figure out what to do here.

I'm using the "kasumi as protagonist" mod. I like it, but I want to rescale her model because, in some scenes, there's a lot of clipping. Can anyone help me to do it using Blender? I'm using the 4.2.2 version.

@thepledge More info.  It actually looks like Ann's shoe issue is improved quite a bit.  I've seen a couple scenes with no clipping at all.  Maybe it depends on what position she's in?  I did notice that the "wavy legs" issue only seems to happen when she crosses her arms and leans to the side.

I'm using the Haru_Oppaimura Mod, but when Haru awakens there are gaps in her neck. Something similar happens with Futaba_THOTaku mod.  Is there any way to fix this?

The cutscene models are handled by another file and I don't think those were replaced

There's another mod that makes the current models get used in cutscenes.  Can't remember which one, but maybe it's a combination of those 2 mods.

Small update, someone DM'd me to request a darker-skinned version of my old THICC costumes and it was easy enough that I thought I'd deliver!

Here's the Dark & THICC costumes!DarkTHICC.thumb.png.175dddaa844ed551e78726873b81cf18.png

They're ready to be used with Costume Framework, so just copy and paste away!

No Futaba animations this time (for now...) as I am running out of storage space and even something as simple as creating a new png is stressing my computer out. When I'm able to upgrade my storage, I'll come back and update with the cut-in animations.

Enjoy!

absolutely love this, any chance u could do this but make them blonde? kinda like a proper gyaru/bimbo type of vibe?

It seems the problem with the Futaba neck was with the glasses. I removed them and the problem with her hair was solved. Is there any way to separate the glasses from the original model? (So I can add it as a separate object)
