Persona 5 royal modding

i'm having a problem with the same mod the post before me is talking about,, i installed it but every persona looks the same as before. i tried adding cbt and p5essentials as requirements but still nothing. any thoughts?

 

also another mod im having trouble with is the FlatSkinMatgirls mod. it also seems to be doing nothing. i can only assume its because i didnt put the right requirements when i created a mod for it.
