So for anyoe that is trying to use Kasumi models with the Kasumi as Protag mod, here's the solution to making them work: you have to copy one of the folders in the Kasumi as Protag mod costume folder and rename it to whatever you have named your costume model to (preferably choose a folder that does not have another model in it). The files inside allow the game to register that they are costumes for the mod.

If it's crashing, it probably means you don't have the P5r Custom Bonus Tweaks mod

As long as you have Persona Essentials installed and enabled, placing the folder in the Mods directory should be enough.

Think I fucked something up along the way.

 

I've downloaded jmedia7's nude mod, an glassic_sapphic's female nude mod, the male/female persona nudes and the nsfw costumes mod (with Costume Framework working and all that). It works for all characters except for Joker who only has a single costume called: "UNUSED! (Equipping will break game)".

 

I've tried removing all mods and redownloading them to no avail. I also tried deactivating each of those 3 from Reloaded ii to see which one was making trouble. All of them gave the same message.

 

I'm thinking either the mods are working but for some reason I've lost the costumes on the character or something else is clashing (I don't have the femjoker mod... Maybe something on those other mods is thinking I do?).

 

Any ideas?

Nevermind, googling around found my issue. 

If anyone gets this error, open the "Configure Mod" Menu from the main Costume Framework mod. Joker was set to Slot_4 for some reason, changing ti back to "default" did the trick

@thepledge I just reached the third semester, and Ann's outfit from Royal is bugged in the same way Makoto's stalking model was.

Edit: It's possible it's just the variation that includes earmuffs.

 

Edit 2: Nevermind.  It's both with and without the earmuffs: c0004_006_00.GMD and c0004_008_00.GMD.

works by checking the id of the outfit you have equipped, so if you swapped ids around to have mods replace different outfits you're going to get weird mismatch. unmodded outfits have default restored dialogue. not split into male/female bc you can just not talk to whichever you don't want to hear. if you don't want to hear abt joker put him in default phantom thief outfit, same goes for all of them.

 

also since i'm guessing people want their own versions, mod includes a blank template to write your own dialogue. use notepad++ to write whatever you want, then rename to nudetalk.msg & recompile. if you don't know how to do that, open each .flow in notepad++ and change the filename in quotes to your template's filename and that'll work.



lewd outfits dialogue download - standalone. it's an edit of restored outfits dialogue so it'll conflict if you have the original, though it should just overwrite

For some reason, when i ask "like the look" with one of the lewd outifts, they dont say anything, nothing happens

ive just discovered this thread, i have no clue what im doing, but i want to make a simple mod, give sumire´s hair to Ann.

what programs do i use?

where do i get the materials and models?

how do i put them back into the game once im done? stuff like that.

Comically wholesome ambitions considering where you're asking for help, but sure, I'll do what I can:

1. Locate data.cpk in your game files, and drag it into a program called CriFsV2Lib, where you'll be able to see its contents. ,d

2. To locate Ann's and Sumi's models, you'll have to type 0004 and 0010 in the searchbar, respectively. You want the files inside model/character/. Use this page to know what specific models you want, then extract them. You should get files with a .GMD extension.

3. Download Blender and install the add-on BlenderToolsForGFS. It doesn't work on Blender 5, so you'll have to use 4 (4.5 should be okay, but in case it isn't, 4.2.21 works for me).

4. In Blender, click File -> Import -> GFS -> GFS Model, then individually import the models with the default settings.

5. Now, it's all modeling and executing your desired changes, so hopefully you know your stuff because I don't. Given your goal, you'd presumably want to take all of Sumi's hair meshes and duplicate them. Then, beyond positioning the hair correctly on Ann and making it look nice on her head, you'll want to make sure the vertex groups correspond to Ann's OG hair. Unfortunately, unless you edit every individual Ann animation, you won't be getting Sumi's hair physics, which might cause the hair to look stiff at points.

6. Once you're done, select Ann's model and click File -> Export -> GFS -> GFS Model, then proceed with default settings. You'll get a modified GMD.

7. Now, you can put the file in a mod so it can replace an existent Ann model via Reloaded II. You can use the reply below as a guide if you don't know what I'm talking about, and you can use this guide if you REALLY don't know what I'm talking about.

If you don't or simply want to keep them separate, you have to create a new mod yourself:

- In Reloaded, go to Manage Mods and click New.

- In the dependencies section, check Persona Essentials and in the "Finishing Up" section check Persona 5 Royal.

After that it should be showing up alongside other P5R mods, so now open the mod's folder and create the following nested folders inside: P5REssentials\CPK\BOOBA.CPK\MODEL\CHARACTER\0004

(afaik you can name BOOBA.CPK whatever you want)

Say you wanted this model to also show up during her awakening cutscene, you just duplicate the file, name it c0004_106_00.GMD and it should work.

Edit: Think I need to hunt more for a nude fem joker as well, the one I found leaves her glasses on and hair up in bed which was really jarring lol
