So I have the nude mods running now but with Kasumi as protag and Rose and violet story overhaul Sumire looks like Kasumi instead of Sumire having glasses and her hair down she has her hair in a pony tail like kasumi and no glasses. Any idea how to fix this or is just a side effect of the mods.

I'm trying to get Bohandles' Futaba outfits to work but if I try to use any that include her battle animations I get an error that BKSK_FUTABA_INTERNAL_210.EPL cannot be opened in Reloaded and the game goes to a black screen. Anyone have any idea why this could be? I tried moving the outfits to different folders including CBT itself and nothing seems to fix it.

Did you copy all the files over into your mod folder? The Bind folder holds the animations and the folders in the Futaba section make sure the costumes call the correct animations when they need to play.

Does anyone know how to fix the rendering issues with the arms of the maid outfit in the Kawakami mod and the arms of the tracksuit in the Kasumi mod by thepledge?

That looks like there are two meshes overlapping for the hands, probably the original and the modded skin. You can delete the extra mesh in gfd studio under Model->RootNode->Children... or import to Blender/3ds max and delete it there.

It's in this patched-up state, but can it still be repaired? If I delete the mesh, that part will be filled in black.

alright, I can keep tweaking forever, but at my skill level there's always going to be some small issues, might as well release something. Here's Ann to start with. Pretty much all her outfits are covered

Subject: Need help with installation (Ann Pussycat & Makoto mods)

I still cannot figure out how to get this mod to work properly. Could someone please tell me what prerequisites (like Reloaded-II setups or specific frameworks) are required? Also, what is the exact folder structure and path where this mod should be placed?

Here are the specific issues I am currently facing:

1. For Ann's mod:
Only her swimsuit outfit changes successfully. All of her other outfits remain completely default.

2. For Makoto's mod (by the same creator):
It does not work properly either. When I switch to her summer casual outfit, the 3D model glitches out and breaks completely. All other outfits show no changes at all.

Someone please help me out! I would greatly appreciate any advice.

If you aren't trying to use it already, may I recommend the Costume Framework? If that's enabled in your mods list in Reloaded, you can pair it up with costume mods to not only use them in-game, but have them as separate slots within the Metaverse instead of replacing.

For example, I have an entire mod folder dedicated to Ann costume mods (Bayo outfits, Thicc model, etc.) To do this, add a new mod in Reloaded and make sure it has the Costume Framework as a required mod. Also specify that it should work with "P5R.exe". Once it's been made, open the mod folder and create a "Costumes" folder (If it doesn't exist already) and then a folder of the name of the character. (In this case "Ann") In the costume mod that you downloaded, place the .GMD files into the "Ann" folder.

Screenshot2026-05-14164259.png.8dd1c2208de718fd82125543f224c8f7.png

That should be all you need. Again, make sure both the costume mod and Framework are enabled and open the game to see. (It'll be in the outfits menu in equipment) Hope this helps.

I'm guessing if I want to add costumes instead of replacing do I need to download the costume I want and rename it to the name of the costume?

You don't need to change the name.

Simply place the costume's GMD data into the appropriate folder, and it will become selectable when changing costumes.

Wait what happens if the file name is the same number file as the outfit in-game, and the gmd file for costume framework is in the costume folder? Like the christmas outfit for Ann is c0004_165_00 and its in the costume folder, what happens then?

I haven't tested that cause I usually just rename them. My guess is either it gets added under that name, or it replaces the original. Just to be safe, I would just rename it to something that would be easy to recognise. (Like a basic nude model could just be renamed to "Nude.GMD")

The costumes you place in the costume folder will not overwrite the original vanilla costumes, so a new costume named c0004_165_00 will be added.
In this case, the original costume with ID c0004_165_00 will remain as the Christmas costume, and the new costume named c0004_165_00 will likely be placed below it.

There is also a caution when changing the name: entering non-English words seems to cause a crash.
As a Japanese person, I have used Japanese in costume names before, and in that case, the game crashes when I scroll the screen to near that costume.

Hi everyone,
I was advised to use the "Costume Framework" for Persona 5 Royal (PC), so I have installed it. However, I am having trouble getting it to work correctly and don't quite understand the setup process yet.
Following the general instructions, I created a folder structure: Mods > P5R_Ann_PussyCat > Costumes > Ann and placed the mod files directly there, but it didn't reflect in-game.
The original file structure of the "Pussycat" mod I downloaded is:
P5REssentials > CPK > Ann Pussycat > MODEL & BATTLE folders > CHARACTER > 0004 > (GMD files).
I am confused about exactly which files should be moved where to make them compatible with the Costume Framework.
Currently, I'm seeing some strange issues:
  1. The "Swimsuit" costume has been replaced by the "Rubber Suit" from this mod (maybe a Costume ID mismatch?).
  2. In the equipment menu, the number of costume items has duplicated (e.g., showing two entries instead of one).
I've been trying to fix this for a while but I'm stuck. Could anyone please guide me on the correct folder structure or how to properly configure the costume.json for this specific mod?
Thank you in advance for your help!

I quickly tried the skimpy bikini model on my end with the framework and it seems to work just fine.

Is there a specific model that's not working? Also, did you use Reload to create the folder for the costume or was that done manually?

Posted
Here is what I have done so far:
  1. I copied the downloaded mod folder into the Reloaded-II mods folder.
  2. I confirmed the mod is recognized in Reloaded-II and checked the box to enable it.
  3. To use the Costume Framework, I manually created a Costumes folder inside the P5R_Ann_PussyCat1.0.0 directory.
  4. Inside that Costumes folder, I created an Ann folder and moved the BATTLE and MODEL folders into it.
Despite this, it is not working. I'm honestly not sure what the "correct" final folder structure is supposed to look like for this specific mod.
Should the MODEL and BATTLE folders be inside Costumes/Ann/, or do I need a costume.json file as well? If someone could show me the exact file path or the "correct answer" for the folder hierarchy, I would really appreciate it.
Thank you!

Mods > P5R_Ann_PussyCat > Costumes > Ann
私がダウンロードした「Pussycat」modの元のファイル構造は次のとおりです。
P5REssentials > > > > > > (GMDファイル)。 CPK  Ann Pussycat  MODEL & BATTLE folders  CHARACTER  0004

Instead of manually creating files, you need to use the features of Reloaded II to create mods that work in conjunction with the costume framework.

https://reloaded-project.github.io/Reloaded-II/CreatingMods/

You can easily create them by referring to this site and the costume framework guide.2026-05-16011222.png.6582d734ffe584f13ec80c8210b79b69.png

Ah, I see where you went wrong. Inside of Reloaded, there is an option to create a new mod folder. Above P5R's icon in reloaded, there's an icon with three cogs on it. Go into that and then click on the New button, which will open up the first tab for creating a mod.

Screenshot2026-05-15170658.png.310bceff0aa5076c7956af82856e1897.png

Typically, you'll want to follow the example shown in the description for giving your mod an ID. An example of this could be "persona5royal.skins.annaddons" and then all of your Ann related costume mods work with this one.

Next, you'll be presented with this tab. The only ones you should bother with are "Name", "Author" and "Description". Don't need to worry about version or website.

Screenshot2026-05-15171153.png.68ab3dcda98494bc0d7dd61eda986bc2.png

After that, you are given a tab for Mod Dependencies, as in a mod that needs to be active for this one to work. Find and enable the "Costume Framework for P5R" mod.

Screenshot2026-05-15171358.png.7a214a38838cc473c30c68dd69fa7e50.png

Ignore Update Support and go to the Finishing Up tab. Simple find and select the Persona 5 Royal option. ("Persona 5 Royal (p5r.exe))"

Screenshot2026-05-15171715.png.77217d49204794cf936510d583f45b9e.png

After that's done, go to your mods list, select the one you just made and click on "Open Folder". There should already be a config file in there. Don't worry about it, leave it as is. Create the Costumes folder and then create the Ann folder inside of it. Within the Ann folder, place the GMD file of the costume mod you want to use. (You can also rename it if you want to know what costume it is, but that's up to you)

Screenshot2026-05-14164259.png.5c8eae0e48ef108119adbe11380c211a.png

Enable it and the Costume Framework mod and then open the game. Again, you can find it in the outfits menu in equip.

I was able to set up the custom framework successfully. Thank you so much!
This MOD also contains other folders like "battle" and "field", as well as subfolders under them.
Where should I place the files inside those folders?

I haven't touched that folder, but I've been able to add costumes without any problems.

So, if you just want to add more costumes, I think it's fine as is.

If you want to know more, I recommend checking the official Costume Framework page.

Hi everyone, I just uploaded a mod to LL that was kind of rejected by the more mainstream modding sites. Ironically it's a SFW mod. Being pushed to adult modding sites because of arbitrary rules is quite something....

As there is no SFW P5R thread I think this is the correct place to post about it?

https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/48839-p5r-pc-adult-romance-rewrites-for-rose-violet-story-overhaul/

I consider the mod mostly done, but my main issue is that I don't want to replay the entire game to check whether all my rewrites are working as intended. Is there some way to just manually jump between events with some kind of cheat function? I heard you can manipulate saves, but it seems a little complicated.

I apologize for the trouble.

Thank you so much!

I now understand how to make corrections, so I tried to fix the small, protruding parts myself, but with Ann's model, the bangs and eye mesh are embedded inside the face, and even after moving them back to their proper positions, the output doesn't work properly.

If possible, I would be grateful if you could tell me how to fix this.

Whole point of the mod menu is to test stuff like this.

Also that's really stupid that it got rejected (assuming gamebanana), maybe it got auto flagged for saying the word "adult"? Try to get it disputed.

Oh my, I was not aware of that function. I thought the mod menu just let you switch mod functionality on the fly or show how they affect the gamestate. Thanks!

Also no, unfortunately it was an entirely intentional rejection both on Nexus and Gamebanana. They have apparently added rules recently that ban all mods that involve romances with minors now. Seems to be an overreaction in response to some UK law. Ironically this forces a completely benign mod with zero sexualization like mine to be moved out of the more accessible sites and into specialized places like LoveLabs or hidden in some googldrive folder.

Everyone I spoke to understands how backwards it is to ban a mod for featuring a romance that is in the base game already, except the moderators. I suppose they are covering their asses. LoveLabs is pretty brave to operate the way it does in this day and age. Respect.
