You can. You just have to add the ESM flag as well. However, plugins with the .esl extension are masters by default.

I remember Luke said he was always attracted to big booba. Or something along those lines. Big boobs are not exclusive to Japan but you probably already knew that. The twin tails and smooth skin does give it anime vibes though.

A majority like bigger boobs in general. Probably something to do with evolution or something. There are plenty with small chests if you know where to look.
