So I was 2 days late hmm...

 

The 2 bandits thing, I don't know but she wasn't trying to escape, they just try to kill her after sex ends, though she was already submitted & was raped for a while by 1 of the bandits.

 

The pushed to the wall, since I'm 2 days late & haven't download the latest version out, I'm not sure if it's fixed. So what happened is that when sex is going to start, the NPC will walk or run in, causing my char. to slide on the floor, then before sex, the 2 chars will be slightly relocated from their original location because they have to aligned themselves or something, sex happens, sex ends, they both stood up, the NPC walks away, my char. is bounded once more, but every time this happens, she'll be closer & closer to the wall or objects like tables, poles barrels etc. in the area. But because sexlab relocation button didn't work, so she ends up bumping up & down in the wall or fall off the cell or just stuck.

Things went swimmingly when I ran my Alternate Start/Breezehome test - start, strip, interrupt, redress, guard speaks and I go to jail (even got proper hand off to Prison Overhaul). Only problem was I got the notification that my relationship rank went to 1. Then, notification that it went to 2!

 

I can live with that, everyone thinking I'm such a great lay that I get reputation even with coitus interruptus.

 

Edit: I ran it a few more times, with and without Prison Overhaul. I always got the relationship rank increase to 1, but never saw the increase to 2 again.

Well, the post coital is a hook that is run after the sex is over.  Aborting still means the sex is over.  So I guess that makes sense that happened.

 

Not sure why one pass with the same NPC would have ran it twice. :huh: Unless for some reason they were assigned to BOTH actor slots?  I guess I'll just do an Alias1 != Alias2 check like I did to prevent 1 bandit from taking 2 turns.

 

I guess I'd need to set some kind of global that goes high if a guard bothers you, then when the post coital runs, it skips the increases, then resets the global to 0 for the next time.  That's a minor enough thing that I will probably do it on my copy, but isn't enough to update solely for that.  Something else comes up, it will just be bundled in there.

 

Heh, imagine the irony, after all the discussion about deleted Globals... I'm going to be re-adding _SLSubmitIndecenyGlobal! :P (Albeit in a different script and for a different purpose)

 

 

Just gonna throw this out there, but some of the pregnancy mods were able to change the 'check for pregnancy' script to run on orgasm instead of animation end. That way, if there was no orgasm for whatever reason, there was no check. You could possibly tie relationship increases to the same thing?

I'll need to do some more testing on the Dec 18 version, but i think it has disabled my ability to auto submit when I hit the health threshold.    I can still activate a submission with the hotkey though.  It was working with the Dec 17 version.  However I also installed Lover's Victim at the same time I updated to the Dec 18 version so I can't say for certain if it is Submit that has the issue.  I've disabled LV and it is still not working.  I was going to switch back to the Dec 17 version to see if that fixed the issue but I deleted the file and can't redownload it. With the frequent updates (which I love!) it might be helpful to have a previous version available just in case a new one breaks. 

 

Or I can be not stupid and not delete the old version before fully testing out new ones :P

I'll turn my Eye of Sauron towards this issue, and send my dark horde to swarm over it with sharp pointy things, then update the remains.

 

There were a *LOT* of referenced updated last night, as I changed from a general game.GetPlayer() reference to a Property defined PlayerRef in each applicable script, at Ashal's suggestion that the latter is quicker than making external references each time.  My computer is good enough that I rarely ever experience any script lag, but optimization is optimization.

 

However, it was a long, manual process, and human error could have easily missed defining one or something stupid.  Or, something else entirely.

 

Either way, I'll check it out, fix/update if needed.

That is one avenue, however, it is still possible to reach that stage and still have a guard see you, since you are technically within animation.  And your partner, while open to the idea of some public nookie, probably wouldn't be particularly happy if they got shamed in the middle of Whiterun.

 

Besides, I already addressed it last night on my end. :P

Okay, I tested it against two bandits, set it to 100% threshold with 100% chance, surrendered first hit.

 

So, let's ask some basic questions:

  1. Do you have the chance at 100% or less than?  If less than 100%, it goes towards 100% as your health gets lower, but depending on where secondary settings were placed (i.e. SD/Defeat) the others could kick in first due to RNG
  2. Did you try to lower the threshold to 0%, then reset it back to whatever value you want?  It is possible that the Global( is turned on from 1-100%, but off at 0%), might have been turned off during the update.  Resetting it to on should take care of that if that is what happened.

Beyond that, I don't know, because without more details as to the scenario, it worked for me.  :unsure:

The good news: I'm not seeing anything pop up in the logs saying "Warning: xxx nolonger contains that property", so the last of the dirty-edits left behind by the CK might finally be dead and burried! :D

 

The bad news: There are an excessive amount of "cannot call None on" themed errors cropping up in the logs in a very short amount of time.

This is very likely why people have been reporting that the mod "suddenly stopped working", Papyrus is getting clogged up with thease errors.

They may be fairly harmless errors on their own (a function is called, and then gets aborted due to a None refrence), but the volume of aborted calls seems less harmless.

 

This log is from about 2 minutes of gameplay, i walked 7 meters from the spawnlocation given to me by the LaL mod, got defeated by bandits (they show up as "soldier" in the log, since this was a random encounter where 3 bandits have disquised themselves as soldiers), 2 of them took a turn on me, and then i unbound myself and quite the game.

Love this mod... but im curious if adding in devious devices support would be possible... so the aggressor could randomly use such bondage devices along with the standard binding... with the npc holding the key, or not....

The bad news: There are an excessive amount of "cannot call None on" themed errors cropping up in the logs in a very short amount of time.

This is very likely why people have been reporting that the mod "suddenly stopped working", Papyrus is getting clogged up with thease errors.

They may be fairly harmless errors on their own (a function is called, and then gets aborted due to a None refrence), but the volume of aborted calls seems less harmless.

Yeah that's annoying. I have googled around trying to find a solution for that, and you are not the only person who reports that they cannot get any logs created, but sadly, the search turned up no solutions, or even a hint to a possible cause.

The only thing that I can think of is that for some reason you don't have permission to write to that directory. You might check that.

Huh, i actually woulden't be supriced if it's something deceptively simple like that. Or that Windows is set to hide system files, and .log files are amongst the filestypes it hides.

I just updated sexlab to 1.30 & sex with animals didn't work again...

Boy, is this so frustrating for me for never get anything to work right lol

Not to point out the obvious, but did you turn on creature in the Framework?

 

It is turned off by default, and updating from 1.24 to 1.30 turns it back off the first time.

I have administrator rights on this machine, being it's my home machine and not some work machine with variable logins, so I doubt that is it.  That, and I can physically create files in it if I tried.

i had this happen to me to then it stated to work after i deleted the script folder in documents\mygames\skyrim\logs

then i reloaded the game then waited 2min then quite then looked and they was there not sure if it would work for you but it worked for me.

If you can manually create a file there then it's definitely not the issue I'm thinking of; if you can't then UAC has messed up and being administrator won't matter. Wouldn't be the first time. Happened to me one time, for no reason I could fathom.

 

I ended up turning of UAC completely and deleting the folder. Brute force, but I was too pissed to figure out the real problem.

Wasn't a big thing, just more curious why it was off one.  Once I started editing shit, it quickly was off more, so was just more academic interest.

 

Interestingly, in the process of addressing a huge portion of these "[12/19/2013 - 05:05:59PM] Error: Cannot equip a None spell" type issues, all of which come from a singular sub-routine I made just for this particular part, which made it very easy (Fortunately!) to go through and just add some 'If (MainHand != none)' type checks before each call to Equip/Unequip, well, I realized in some of the other scripts, Ambush/Smack/Shout/etc, I could make use of those same subroutines.

 

In the process of doing so, I had 5 properties that were no longer required.  I deleted them in the script, recompiled, but *this* time, when I was back in the MagicEffect editor, I clicked on the properties button, scrolled down to make sure that they were indeed gone, hit Okay, and then I saw the "*" pop up at the top, indicating the .ESP needed to be saved now.

 

*THAT* was probably the step I didn't do previously, the "open the property window/close it" part, because then I opened up TES5Edit, wondering if I would have 5 errors per script for the deleted properties, and an error scan didn't return a single one.

BTW i don't know what do i do wrong, but no sex anims starts after beating. Just can't understand whats wrong(

With the understanding that English may not be your first language, I'm not sure exactly what scenario you are describing.

 

You beat a NPC, use the dialog to start sex, nothing happens?

You get beat by a NPC, surrender, get robbed, nothing happens?

You get beat by a creature, surrender, nothing happens?

Something else entirely?

 

Please give a bit more details, because unfortunately, what you said was vague enough that it could mean half a dozen different things.

I have a question about the animations your mod permits : is it possible for a werewolf character to rape a submitted npc ? I tried with FNIS creatures installed and creatures anims enabled in SL MCM menu but my character remained idle. So ?
