Hi there,

I am using

SL 1.15

and newest 30SEP submit.

When I ambush sleeping npc, the scene starts but the sex animation is weird. Victim is flying all over the place with hands and legs rotating...

When I start sex normal way (spouse) there is no such problem.

Anyone have similar problems ?

Thank you dk. I appreciate that.

As I thought I remembered, I went out with Jenassa and smacked down a bandit, and the 3-way option was available, both from the first round, and with the follow up "Now what should I do with you" rounds.

So, not sure, is your follower some custom follower that might not be properly setting the PlayerFollowerCount Global.  That is a default Skyrim global that I didn't create nor do I affect, I am simply checking if it is >= 1.

I havent kept up with this mod other than downloading the most recent versions. I notice that there is at least one issue with the newest version of sexlab, namely the female/female and male/female flags you had put in the mod earlier. They dont seem to do anything anymore.

Hrm, yeah, I figure there will be a general overhaul of pretty much all of the Framework based content, but I'm holding off on the updated Framework now that the finished FNIS 4 has been released.

Fortunately, I don't have a terribly huge amount of Framework stuff, or rather, I have many slight variations of the same.  So, update one, repeat the update with a minor tweak in a dozen or so places, call it a day.

Yes, I have a custom follower. And maye you've right. Maybe she caused the problem there. Thank you for your answer.

Any way you could tweak the consensual sex side of Submit so that the single Male & females don't reject you right away? I understand having to work a little on the married ones it being cheating on their spouse and all but the single ones should at least be more amenable to the offer.

Thanks for the answer Keera, but I already had tweaked my menus. The menu settings weren't change at all, just set options doesn't work after the upgrade. Even not after re installation. I will check dk's suggestion today, by dismissing present custom follower and go to submit enemy alone or with a game follower.

There is already a difficulty slider in the MCM that will give you up to a +25% increased chance if you want to make things a big easier for yourself.  Beyond that, I have no plans on making it an instant win.

Keep in mind, you can always keep trying, albeit with a slight penalty, as there is no longer any CD associated with being rejected.

I think they were asking for a change more than anything.

However, that is what I would recommend.  Try dismissing/reacquiring the custom follower, or even better, swapping out with a default Skyrim follower for testing purposes.

I've had it set all the way up before and she or he will say naw I don't think so then when you choose the option for them to reconsider I get a rejection more then acceptance.

Do you have a very developed character with a high speech/illusion + appropriate achievement/perks and such and you still fail more often than not?  Or do you have a lower level character?  Do you have the debug turned on, what does it say your chance is when you make the attempt?

A very developed character with a decently high speech/illusion and many of the achievements/perks that provide a bonus so average around a ~60-70% or higher base chance quite easily, assuming a neutral NPC that isn't married/courting/a guard.  A relatively undeveloped character with none of those advantage will probably easily be around the ~15-20% mark at best.

Both of those estimates are with +0% bonus to the roll.

And to me, that makes pretty good sense.  Some random bumpkin that just rolled into town, no rep, no deeds, dressed in patchwork rags and such, probably isn't going to be scoring with the ladies (or fellas)

When i had tested this mod (with Romance active, maybe this is that cased the problem), i had tried to get into a male Stormcloak. And ... well it didn't ended well ...

- Skyrim latest patch

- SKSE latest

- SkyUi latest

- FNIS 4.0b3

- Sexlab 1.15b (not updated for the moment)

My PC is a female nord.

At the begining the soldier seemed to accept the invit, but nothing happened. When i retried, the soldier turned hostile. Other thing, the Thieves were immediatly hostile too. I suspect that the combinaison of Romance and Submit caused this. I will try only submit for a future game to see if it'll work well.

last one I tried it with was lvl 80 with max speech I don't really play magical chars much so I tend to ignore the schools of magic.

Do you use an overhaul mod like SkyRe or a mode that changes your speechcraft tree ?

Also, try turning on the debug mode for Submit, so you can see the %'s.

naw I never really had problems with the Vanilla Perks trees so I left out those types of overhauls. last one I did I believe it said there was like an 87% and I rolled a 21% but atm I can't test it I have SSL 1.2 atm and Submit I believe isn't updated to run with 1.2 yet.

(((PSpeech - TSpeech/4)/2) + ((PIllusion - TIllusion/4)/2) + _SLConfig.Difficulty + _SLSubmitSpeechBonus.GetValue())

That is the algorithm.  So, with a PSpeech of 100, you subtract their speech.  Assuming some random non-leveled civilian NPC, let's say their Speech was 20, leaving a delta of 80.  80/4/2 = 10.  Not  sure how you got to level 80 without developing magic, unless you were doing that "get it to 100, reset the skill" thingy from Dragonborn, but either way, if you never increased your Illusion, I'll guess that it is ~15, which means that will be on par with the NPC's, so that will probably be roughly a net +0.

Now, we look at the various achievements/perks:

  • +5 Alduin defeated
  • +5 Companion chain completed
  • +5 College chain completed
  • +5 Thieve's Guild chain completed
  • +5 Dark Brotherhood chain completed
  • +5 Dibella bonus obtained
  • +5 Mara bonus obtained
  • +5 Allure perk
  • +5 Hypnotic Gaze perk (Seduction and Bribery only)
  • +5 Persuasion perk (Seduction only)
  • +5 Bribery perk (Bribery only)
  • +5 Aspect of Terror (Coercion only)
  • +5 Intimidation (Coercion only)

Now, I struck out the ones that were Illusion or "magic" based, so that leaves the rest that are End-Of-Faction rewards, particularly notable quests, or Speech perks, which could net you anywhere from +0-50

So, that puts you anywhere from 10-60% with the assumptions that I've made.   Now, if you are a different race/same gender, you will suffer a minor penalty, both together totaling -15%, which lowers you down to the 10-45% range (With the exception of married/courting/guards, your minimum chance is always at least 10%).  And if you use the max +25% bonus, that puts you at the 35-70% range, again depending on what all achievements/perks and such you have.

And again, that is versus a complete stranger NPC that you are attempting for the first time, with a RelationshipRank of 0.  For every level of Rank, you get +10%, to a max of +40% at Rank 4 (Lover/Spouse level)  So if you do a quest for someone first and they are now Rank 1, that 10-45% becomes 20-55% (or up to 45-80% with the 25% bonus)  And once you've succeeded with them once, any race/gender penalty is ignored for future attempts, so that is potentially +15% more with the removal of those penalties.

So, again, I would suggest turning your debug on via the MCM, and seeing what kind of chance it tells you, because either you have unbelievably bad luck with the RNG, or your base chance is lower than expected.

Hrm, the Stormcloak *could* be because he was technically in the "IsGuard" faction, in which case, you should choose the "let's find someplace more private" option first.

Purely speculation, I'm at work so can't really look.

Submit works mostly fine with 1,2. A few minor issues but none that chagne the basic of the mod.

Yeah, as stated, Submit runs just fine other than some of the usual quirks the Framework currently has with regards to the whole FNIS 4 beta SNAFU's, but that will get rectified soon.

The major issue Submit had was, again, an earlier FNIS beta version (anything prior to Beta 4.2) that broke the IdleDefault, which was preventing certain scenes from properly aborting and killing the targets.  That was fixed in the Beta 4.2, and the finished FNIS 4 also works properly.

But if what you said is accurate, it stated that you had an 87% chance, and they rolled a 21%, it should have succeeded.  Failure would have required an 88+%.

Hi,

I'm new to this mod, and I wondered: is it possible to make it so the partners/victims do not strip themselves completly before the act?

I tried turning off the auto-loot and tweaking the sexlab undress parameters to make it so they keep their helmets, gauntlets and boots, but it did not work.

My apologizes in advance if this isn't the right place to ask, or if my question has already been answered elsewhere.

I have a suggestion

A option to move location after ambushing someone like dragging them into a dark ally before commencing your dastardly deeds

Posted

Am I missing something, or is there no option to turn off 3-ways completely during submissions to enemy characters? The 3-way animations are rather hard to align properly.

Just wanted to let you know that you're missing a child check somewhere that sexlab is picking up.

I've started using Xvision Children from nexus along with Non-Essential Children and it's patch for Xvision Children. I get your persuasion dialog with Braith but Sexlab recognizes him as a child. Disabling NEC does remove the dialog option.

My best guess (without digging into the code, I'm lazy that way) is that you are checking for the child flag but missing the Class test. Could be 100% wrong here :)

I get the 3 person dialogue as well.  Although I am usually going through the startup ritual through Helgen... so could it be that it is registering Ralof as a team-mate?  It could also be a byproduct of the follower mod that I am using (Alternating between AFT and EFF in the past few tries).

On a similar subject to being annoying through your dialogue.. the kick in the nuts was a nice touch!  I appreciate that you did that..  although my nostrils didn't approve when the resulting soda shot through them after the first time I ran into that.   A crunch and ouch sound and a trip animation WOULD make it just about perfect.  But it was still pretty damn hilarious.

EDIT:  I am also using Interesting NPC's  I assume that COULD have some effect.  Not sure.

The 3-person dialog is just bugged.  I definitely did something wrong, and only confirmed that it wasn't working correctly late last night before I went to bed, so I won't have an opportunity to actually look at what boneheaded thing I did until tonight after work.  I'm sure it will be obvious and I'll go, "oh, duh", but won't know until tonight.

But I'm not entirely sure what the second paragraph meant?

On that second paragraph...

When I get a bribe fail.. a weird jerking animation plays in first person... and the npc moves closer.  I was assuming they kicked me in the nuts.

it could just be an unintended quirk with my setup, but it was pretty funny!

Took me 2 days to re-install skyrim and all my mods.  Trying to see if that will make the kill moves stop.  Switched to mod organizer so that I can selectively activate mods.  ( Still doing animations through wrye and NMM just in case though,  there's some weirdness in getting 3rd party programs to work through MO and I don't want to risk having it cause issues with FNIS).

Making sure everything is updated tonight and HOPEfully I can get another shot at testing this out.
