I've already decided on a look for my character using the Reshaped Ebony Armor mod and thought that it would be a cool idea is the armor "stayed on" when my character transforms into his beast forms. Guest Posted June 1, 2016 Posted June 1, 2016 Yeah, I knew there were some files you shouldn't compress for skin textures, but couldn't remember what. That was the main thing that put me off the idea. But if it's just the compression on normal maps, I can probably cope. Yeah, DXT1 is fine for diffuse and glow maps, DXT5 for when you're utilising an alpha channel, and none at all for normals . As far as resolution goes I stick to 1 or 2k for NPCs but go full monty for my own character. And if I'm going to lavish vram on anything skin wise, it's good quality normals.

I have Sexlab, Sexlab submit, Sexlab romance & NPC Knockout Overhaul, so basically I would simply like a way to put an NPC into shackles so that he/she doesn't dissapear or free themselves. No rape, nothing like that needed, just the ability to put NPC into shackles. Now I use Submit to lead a NPC into cage and lock the doors behind him/her via console. But several times they vanished from it. What mod do I need to enslave bastard NPC's for good? Also, is there a mod that transfers vampires into strictly undead? And is there a mod that allows me to lock doors? Thanks in advance! Long story long: I am RP-ing a Vigilant of Stendarr, a newbie sharpening his skills to be able to fight the undead & deadra, who went out into the the wild just to hear that the Hall of the Vigilant was attacked by vampires. So to feel the pain that I felt I would like to put into shackles every vampire bastard I run into. The trick is that the Vigilant that I am RP-ing doesn't kill people, he kills everything else (while trying to avoid killing animals and giants). I dislike the fact that the human life in Skyrim has no value, and that by the time you are level 20 you will kill over 100 people minimum. Trying not to kill, but to beat the enemies has proven 10x times more fun for me. The problem is that vampires are, based on Elder Scrolls Lore a sickness, keeping them both alive and undead so they count as a person kill. I am level 19 and never killed a person and would like that to stay that way.

Guest Posted June 2, 2016 Posted June 2, 2016 Ysolda is a game character in whiterun, and the Interior of her house is quite small and cluttered. I swear I would make it bigger if only I wasn't so thick, so please don't point me to the manual or to some youtube tutorial, But I've been told, a person can have a much larger house for an interior than what is shown outside (exterior). The biggie problem is, Ysolda's house (see picture if I manage to upload it) is used by an NPC with many carefully crafted markers. Please, I'm begging somebody, add a few walls and floors in between what's already there, to make it more roomy. Nothing fancy, She only needs to sleep, cook, and sit on chairs. I already edit out some of the clutter in-game with no problems, but I'm very afraid of "creation kit". Some of you are already whizzes at modding houses and caves, this should take you five minutes, and then you could bask in the glory of praise from wonderstruck fans and friends.

spoonsinger Posted June 2, 2016 Posted June 2, 2016 Umm, not sure a bigger house is needed. Ysolda is basically your young down on her luck, (but with aspirations), drug dealer. This probably also means she is also a user. Which would explain her Skyrim vacant stare. Thus her shed is perfectly good for her lifestyle. Now if you want to 'save' her, you could try Amorous Adventures with My Home Is Your Home. Then you could put her in larger accommodation from any other suitable house mod. However due to her nature you would probably also need a mod which makes her get fatter overtime, goes on the game, becomes a madam, and will steal stuff from you. That's just my initial impression of Ysolda. Best avoid, given the other possibilities Skyrim has to offer.

Would anyone happen to know if something like this or something close to it was made for Skyrim? Video is only a minute and a half long but you get good shots of it at least.

I made a topic few days ago but no one even bothered to help ffs. nvm If you're trying to learn animation or more likely to get your animations working then i would recommend you to use this tutorial for 3dx max but make sure to use the pro tutorial if you have the havok tools, I also read your topic now but i don't know why you're exporting to xml then converting because after doing the right configuration on havok tools you should be able to export the animations to hkx format without going through all this hassle, There also few things these tutorials mention that i am not sure of, for example i don't really bother with the whole "save animation - load animation" whenever i am done i just export the animation after selecting the right settings in the havok tools, Anyway if you have any questions feel free to ask and i will try to answer them whenever i log in.
