The Yandex download there doesn't even have this texture even as the pictures indicate it does. I've been looking for that tiara for years, and finally identified it by googling this pic and finding Enio's mods there. It's Enio's Silver Jewelry and of course the download is no good.

Now, she's one of my favorite characters, but I have no idea how to convert her model for Skyrim, it's not even in any format I recognize and I have no idea how to weightpaint. I tried to make an account over there, but it wouldn't work. I don't know Russian anyways. I was thinking it would be all right to ask if anyone had either mod on Nexus, to reach a larger number of people.
