Guest Posted May 12, 2022 Posted May 12, 2022 or > During the break, my Fran asked me if he can go home to catch some sleep since he didn't sleep well and enough last night. He quarreled with his husband, Stipe who told him to go and sleep in then living room because he is very angry with him and doesn't want to share the same bed with him. My Prince told him that Stipe had no right to do that. if he couldn't share the bed with him, he was the one who should leave. He said that when he was angry with my Ivy or me or both, he left the bedroom and slept with children. He told us at the beginning of our living together that if we are angry with him, and don't want to share the bed with him, we are the ones who should leave the bedroom. I didn't like it at first, but after giving it some thought, I agreed.(Usually men are the ones who leaves the bed because they were forced to and because they do not want to be labeled as molesters. I think that women are wrong in this part). So, are you: 1. the one who leaves the bed willingly after the quarrel 2. you stay and let/make him/her go or 3. you are forced to leave the bedroom?
steelpanther24 Posted May 12, 2022 Posted May 12, 2022 The one that is the maddest will be the one that stays on the couch. In other words, I am always sleeping in the bed since I let things go much easier than my wife. However, it is very rare that we end a night mad at each other. I am not saying we are perfect, far from it, as we are more comfortably close friends than lovers (i.e. traded passion for comfort a long time ago). There is value having a person who you can depend on and trust completely. 2

You know, no matter how much my Prince and I had heated quarrel (we are both emotional, stubborn and hot headed, he is more then me), we never spend the whole night separated. Either he or me come to each other and return to the bed. His anger never last long and he always apologize first being right or wrong. Besides, in 6 years, how long we have been together, it only happened 2 or 3 times. > I also learned that men mostly aren't "quarrel material", they don't like to do it. We, the women "must" talk and win. Damn it! (Am talking from my experience and in general sense). Edited May 12, 2022 by Evaloves4
Kashked Posted May 12, 2022 Posted May 12, 2022 This is going to sound like bragging, but it has never come up. Been married just over a decade, living togheter for 15 years, we've just never gotten into that kind of fight. 1
RohZima Posted May 12, 2022 Posted May 12, 2022 I spin it into having make up sex. That way I never have to be 'the bad guy' but always the hero.

This is one of the big factors causing problems in U.S. society with regards to men's and women's relation with each other. The whole idea that women both can, and should, kick the man out of THEIR (plural) bed after an argument fucks with the power dynamics of the relationship. That's not to say that there's not a very good argument for men being extremely cautious of the legal power that women hold over men in the West today, but so far as the relationship dynamics, you MUST maintain your frame; your place, in the relationship. If you alter that, especially under emotionally charged circumstances like a fight, it will alter how your role in the relationship is viewed by the other party. On a base level, any woman who can push her man around can no longer trust him to protect her when the shit hits the fan and outside forces that she can't (physically, etc.) protect herself against come knocking at the gates. Once she knows she can't trust him to protect her, her mind will start wandering, and her eyes and actions will follow as she looks for a better option.
Guest Posted May 21, 2022 Posted May 21, 2022 We obviated this (and other) problem by having separate bedrooms. She wants a dimly-lit, warm room with some low background noise. I want a cold, dark, silent cave. She also likes to thrash, which I'd be OK with, but she clocked me in the mouth in her sleep one time when we shared a bedroom, and that was pretty much the end of having a shared bed. She felt too guilty. We rarely argue, but when we do, we almost always end up talking it out before bedtime anyway. But each of us will go to her own bedroom to actually sleep for the night regardless of whether we argued or not.
fishburger67 Posted May 22, 2022 Posted May 22, 2022 Never go to sleep until a quarrel is resolved. One of the secrets to a long relationship.
Guest Posted May 24, 2022 Posted May 24, 2022 In my committed days I slept on the same bed regardless of the fights. Sex was the remedy and then came the talk. Nowadays, I enjoy the bed all to myself and would never go back to sharing it. I like to spread my arms and legs. I have this odd thing where I will sleep horizontally as well. Going back to having just one side of the bed. Never.

I agree, giving this as an advice to my friends has led their ephemeral romances to last years and one managed to make his last a full decade. It doesn't work in every case, of course, since some are so thick, tough and numb skulled that they refuse to reason things with their "better" half... Personally, whenever I do a stoopid and/or upset Master, I always timidly kite around Master and stay in the same rooms/surrounding until the noose in my thoat loosens and I have the words to beg for forgiveness, ready to atone, or Master opened the discussion. That is if I wasn't immediately punished or sent to my room or just ordered away from Master. ? I tend to apply that logic with my friends since between Master & I, I am most at fault during turmoil, I'm a toy to my friends as well but it's more easygoing with them since we're friends. They always forgive me when I give them a "full-course bodywork" haha, even just a blowjob works, too. Well, anything works, really, it could be anything toejobs to performing the secret slutjutsu arts of making them cum by staring at them~ On 5/27/2022 at 1:08 AM, Kahnadah said: When my ex and I split up, she slept in England and I went back to Canada. No, she threw me out and I had no where else to go but back 'home'. I was in the UK 12 years and I came back to a country I didn't recognize. It's been 5 years and I'm still in a dark, dark place because of it. But, if I don't at least try to make jokes about it, I just get more and more down.

If you wish we can talk and maybe it'd at least brighten your days...? ? Just strike me with a convo if you want, I won't mind.
