I'll even switch to another body type if there is no UNP version of it, but I'm hoping there is. I hate to be the barer of bad news but the last time I saw that first gif was on a japanese web site where the artist's screen name starts with an "E". I cant recall his full name but he did it as an April's fools day joke saying he was going to release it.... and then didn't. Honestly, as far as I can tell he doesn't release anything he makes but you see his screen shots all the time on here.

That specifically may not be available but there is a mod under way right now to automatically put gravity into play for boobs, butts, clothes and hair.
