Animation Replacement for Oniki's Kinky World

Hi all! 

 

If you install this file, you will see 'new' animations for sleeping on the couch and the grope interaction. These will be default replacements, so you won't see the original animations anymore for this interactions. 

 

I didn't make new animations for this (except for one), but reused older animations of myself but also other creators.

 

Grope:

 

• For the start of the grope interaction you will see an animation by K69.
• For the looped grope interaction you will see an animation by ooOLalaWorld.
• If the fingering gets accepted, you will see an animation by Amra. 

 

 

 

 

Sleep: 

 

• All animations are by me. The oral animation I even made especially for this because there wasn't a suitable animation. 
• I only replaced the male sim joining a female sim sleeping. So if your female sim joins a sleeping male, you will still see Oniki's animations. I will hopefully replace those in the future, too. 

 

 

 

 

Please know that replacing these animations was not easy. I needed to do all kinds of weird stuff in blender to get them to align in game. Because of this, some of the constraints and IK got lost - you might see some wobbly legs or clipping in the animations that are not there in the files of the original creators. Still, they look better than the originals Kinky World anims imo. 

Also know that the grope animation will look weird with teens, because Oniki didn't add the 'float' to them as she did with the normal animations (teens get lifted up from the ground a bit to get them to align). There will be a lot of clipping with sims that have great height difference.

 

For the fingering animation I originally wanted an animation by K69 to replace it, but I couldn't get that one to work unfortunately. I might make new animations in the future specifically designed for this so they will align better! 

 

 

 

How to install: 

 

You absolutely NEED Kinky World or else this will do jack shit. 

 

You can:

 

• Place the MJ_OnikiAnimsOverride in your overrides folder
• Drag and drop MJ_OnikiAnimsOverride into ONIKI_Anims and let them override that way (this is permanent. If you want to delete the anims, you will need to redownload this file).

OMG! THANK YOU!!!! I have been trying to do this forever, and can now delete the folder. I think you used a few of the same anims that I tried, and know exactly what you mean about weird stuff. I never figured out the weird stuff, so animations I tried making (replacing with other anims) never aligned.

Do you think it's possible to change the animation that plays when female uses "Sleeping woohoo handjob" interaction on a sleeping male? Currently it's glitched out.

EDIT: Also regarding the sleep on couch animations, I've never seen another sim initiate sex when a sim autonomously sleeps like that. What triggers that? I didn't get any option to initiate that when I clicked on a sleeping sim either. Is it just a couch animation?

If it's a problem with the animation (which it looks like -  it looks as if Oniki inserted the wrong animation for the genders) then I can fix it. If it's a problem in the coding, I unfortunately can't. 

I will take a look at it eventually.

Not? It happens all the time in my game... which build are you on?

 

Anyway, what might be it is that you didn't set flags for the outfits. If you click on a sim -> kinky world you should get options to set values to the CASP and set how revealing the clothing is and if it can be pulled of. This values get saved. This might be why you don't get the option, but I'm not sure. 

To set the values, I'm not sure if you need to have debug options enabled. I'm not in game right now so I can't check.

This was the issue. I've literally never seen this trigger until I set the CASP properties. Very weird, but now I know why that interaction exists lol. Thanks again

Not sure how Oniki set up animations. As I said, I looked at trying to replace her animations with yours, and those of other animators. Bed animations were another of those where just swapping animations didn't work, and alignment was crazy. Not sure if that is in her Jazz files? HA HA! Truth is, I am not really sure what Jazz files are for anyway!!!

I know how to align them now, you need a specific offset in blender so that isn't a problem anymore. It's annoying though!

 

Oniki uses the a2a offset for her animations. It's a specific distance. Just swapping anims won't work indeed, but the problem with the animation that was posted, is that I think the male animation got assigned to the female role and vice versa. So if you would just swap the anims they would align again. Not sure, but that what it looks like.

I never learned enough about animating to know the a2a anims have a specific offset. Just learned something!!! ? I do remember that Oniki was opposite from you and other animators with actor assignments, and you use A  B, and she uses x and y. But, I leave such to you. The anims are in my game, but I haven't played a lot the passed few days. New projects. )))

Like certain other animation 'events', the sleeping Sims one is like those genericJoin events where there are no options once initiated, no swap, change, etc. Also the mention of flags may not be enough as it seems to depend on who starts the event as well as whether certain options are available.

 

A male can begin the vaginal and 'jerk off on' events. A female begins the handjob event but then they swap positions once in action and the placement is off. I've moved enough sims during woohoo but no way to swap these types of events.

 

Since you have already made 'updates' to two of these events, you probably have a good idea what you're looking at.

Yeah, what I meant with swapping the animations, was not swapping them in game but in the ONIKI_anims files. As the Lady already mentioned, Oniki uses x and y where x should be the female (xx - the chromosomes, ya know!) and male should be y. But she has been sloppy with this and you never really know which one is y and which one is x. For the Grope interaction, the female was y consequently and for the sleeping, the female was x. 

 

Now, what I think happened with the sleeping handjob anim, is that oniki assigned the animations wrong. So let's say the male was y and the female x, but the male got the x animation and the female the y animation. So if I would export the anims and replace them correctly, I think the interation will be fixed.

 

BUT, it will be much nicer to have a new animation for it! I'm juggling a lot of project at the same time now though with very little time, so we must be patient.

Reworked and modified a lot of Onikis animations too (see my download page) and stumbled also over the said realignment what occur in certain situations.

Tried to find the bug but failed up to now. Think it depends on the situation of which gender goes to which side of the bed. Fortunately -at least in my games- the vaginal action is always aligned correct and this is the same game situation. However, I bet is is a JAZZ problem. But where not able to identify the corresponding JAZZ file up to now.

Not 100% sure, but I think there are 2 animations sets... maybe more? I know that for her "brothel training" animations, there are animations that change for whether the receiver of the handjob is male or female. Let's say, actor A is the receiver (brothel manager)... that uses same animation for male or female manager. Hands on hips and pelvis forward. What is changed is handjob giver animations (actor B). It does not matter if giver is male or female. Not sure if x or y in Oniki's text. So, if the receiver is male, the giver does jerking off, but if receiver female, animation is fingering. Perhaps bed animations are similar??? And as @Clydie says, perhaps written in Jazz somehow??? Again, I started reading about them, have Smooth Jazz tool, but never dove into them.

Is there any other condition for the Grope dialog?
The NPC does Grope right for my sim. Active Sims also have Grope dialogs, but in some cases they don't.
I use KW 394.

I found the cause. It was a matter of version. The 409 version will print out properly.

Apart from this, I have a question.
Grope's last step... So, when amra animation works, is it normal if the pants come off as shown in the picture?
My Sime is wearing pants.

I placed you file into override folder, then do I have to drag MJ_OnikiAnimsoverride file which is in override folder into package file to replace Oniki's original one?????

You have two possibilities :

1. just place the MJ package into your overrides folder. (and if you do not like it, just delete it and it will return to the original version)

2. merge the MJ file using S3PE with the Oniki_Anims.package, then the change is permanent and if you would like to return to the original, you need to reinstall the Oniki_Anims.package. That is how I understand it.

Yeah I'm sorry, I was not that clear in hindsight. These type of things are so normal for me that I sometimes forget that a lot of sims 3 players don't know these things by default and I need to explain carefully! What Clydie said was right, you can choose one of the two options. I will update the text later!

Sometimes it's the little things:

 

 

I have only a couple .package files in my 'overides' folder and they all work fine. When I tried this file it didn't work. After some double checking and looking closely I see I left an 'R' out of the name 'overRides'. I guess what I do have in the folder was read in such an order that for the most part they 'did' override the intended files without the 'extra' help.

 

 

See people - one letter makes all the difference in the world. I seriously doubt I could've troubleshot that for anyone else as these are the things we assume everyone checks before crying on the forums.
