Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch

Hello

I'm trying to reinstall everything as a Best of Both version (all content from anniversary edition but game and skse not in AE version, downgraded via the unofficial patch). But Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch old version had been removed from nexus. Where can i find it?

Also is the patch to resolve conflicts between USSEP and new creation club content integrate via the update working with the old SE version?

This AE thing is really a pain in the ass: totally useless, content badly introduced (tons of plugins...: they can have pacaged this as true DLC but no.) and really not user friendly.

Which version of USSEP you're looking for? I still have 4.2.5.b and I never upgraded to AE.

The last version before AE if possible. LOOT give a error message and user on forum also seems to said that using the last version of USSEP with a downgraded game cause problems. The version that was post by Alessia Wellington seems to also be too recent and detect as such by LOOT.

Would be really grateful if you can send me the version you have so i can try if it works.

4.2.5b is the last version before "AE", I have it in my archive and in my game. 1.5.97 & skse 2.0.20, works great. FYI: "Bluegunk" and I discovered a corrupted version, so be careful. Mine is a clean install, no error msg's. That is what needs to happen on install and running SSEEdit after. I'm running with Vortex and I've discovered that works best for me. Make sure all tools run through Vortex, if you use it. Good luck, let me know if you want my copy.

In fact, the old files is still on nexus but archived. It can't be access normaly but if you have the direct link you can still download it. And i found the direct link so it worked.

Hey, uh, so is that particular version of mod available nowadays?
Checked all links and releases - both on afkmods and multiple archive links of nexus - afkmods has updated and direct links to nexus are either updated or are throwing error on button press with no file found. Anyone?

Edit: nevermind, for some reason after reopening that page for few times (with file_id of 209150) worked out

Do not let its name ("Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch") confuse you.
Technically, Skyrim AE is actually Skyrim SE, in the sense that Skyrim AE is newest version of Skyrim SE.
The AE vs SE distinction is kinda arbitrary, though useful and needed, but you could make the same distinction by just calling things Skyrim SE 1.5.97 (which is what ppl see as the last Skyrim SE version) and Skyrim SE 1.6.+ (which is what ppl call AE).
Anyway, when it comes to USSEP, its authors basically treat Skyrim AE as the latest version of Skyrim SE, so when they say 'this is the latest version of "Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch"', they actually mean that it is for Skyrim AE.

...i feel like i am not helping, let me try a short version:

 

In short, if you are on the latest Skyrim AE, the link above is what you need.
Additionally, if you are using any Creation Club content apart from what comes with the "Anniversary Edition" (the Saints and Seducers, the Fishing mod, Curios, etc. - that should be all covered by USSEP from the link above), you should also get Unofficial Skyrim Creation Club Content Patches (as recommended by the USSEP authors here: https://www.afkmods.com/Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch Readme + Credits.html#cc).

Hey, sorry for the long pause for the reply. I wasn't sure if I need to state the ae or se part. Since I'm looking for the 2.01.05 or the 1.6.353 version of the patch. But I do appreciate you helping me out. So thank you very much. I will keep just calling it se or referring to it by 1.6+. Needless to say, I'm still pretty new to the pc mod scene. So I'm still trying to get used to everything.

So, I found this somewhere on the internet after i've been searching for it for a while too , it seems to be the right version. (4.2.7) for 1.6.353.

The nexus api does not contain an entry for 4.2.7. So either the file above contains a surprise, or the 4.2.8 version is identical and was renamed. As far as I know it's not possible to delete files anymore.
