Did you already tried with Noesis?

If I remember correctly this game is using DOA5's engine or a modified version of it.

A user in this thread found that Fatal Frame's texture format is almos identical (if not the same) to DOA5.

i don't really know the name for most characters since this is my first Fatal Frame game.

H_HND_A may be the ghost hands that attack you while trying to pick uo an item.

Check if you pasted the file in the correct folder.

The outfit doesn't change during the prologue , I finished the first mission and after that there was the nude

 

Annnd I get black screen before a cutscene starts when I try to play the game on high graphics, changing it to low fixes the issue, have no clue why

These boobs are nice but really too big for the character. Hope a smaller breast version is on the table.

Yuri does have big  breasts but they're usually covered, her outfits don't have cleavage.

The only exception is the Ryza outfit were you can see that her boobs are really big.

I'm eager to see a hasshaku-sama mod to make her look like the one in hentais.

Maybe not make her cute but I want Tall Lady with huge boobs.

Nah they are too big, just go back and forth to other costumes to compare, they are a tad exaggerated.

I'll post the result of a little experiment someone did in 4chan. The character replaced is Yuri.

Note: Cutscenes not tested.

Result: For some reason the control get broken and she starts to move by herself, and some facial expression don't work.

Legends say that Shiragiku moves by herself to reach Ren's bed.

 

- Floating Drowned Shrine Maiden

Result: Depending on the camera angle the dress can cover the whole screen while moving.

 

- Boxed Shrine Maiden A and B

use it how you would with any other mods but take the files out of the Binary Folder

first, model on prologue was different with main model, don't know why you assume change only 1 model is change everything else

Make sure you're only swapping the .gmpk file.
