Remaking Slaverun

 Making this optional or focusing more on the follower would be better.

This one is konda good but it has to be reworked since the body mesh it contains is out of date and never got updated. I tried to get it re-worked with Outfit studio to fit (in my case for example) a CBBE HDT version but never got it to work. I tried it over the thread here for CBBE conversion but nobody tried it or gave up trying for whatever reasons.

Just in leather and with a posture collar with a big ring. Also where the bar-code is in the picture could be the slave number if you want to give them serial numbers and a property thingy.

 

That could work, I'll also have a further look into outfits of that kind and see what can be done with them.

Greetings, I read about your project and wanted to ask you something, do you plan to add any way to enable or disable the mod? or leave a configurable mcm that allows the player, whether male or female, to configure the mod to be compatible with skyrim vanilla quests or other quest mods like beyond skyrim ? because the only thing I didn't like about slaverun is that it couldn't be disabled in the middle of the game, because if there was this opportunity, the player could play skyrim normally and when he wanted he could activate the mod, so he could allow some vanilla quests don't get buggy like the companion quests.

 

edit: will have a version for SE ?

I will only make an SE version.

 

About the on/off feature, I honestly didn't think of it yet. I don't know if I'll add it or if I'm just gonna attempt to do a work around for quests that could create issues with the mod. Tho a turn on/off feature could probably be very useful.

Yes, let me explain what I thought about this idea:

The idea would be very simple, in addition to the option in the MCM to disable the enforcers, this option would be to disable the mod completely, that is, female npcs would not need to be naked, in this option they would use their clothes again, guards and male npcs would return to normal, that is, this option would be for when the player wants to take a break from the mod and play skyrim vanilla or some quest mod.

 

Another good thing is what you're planning is to lower the requirements as much as possible, for example removing the need for the anputation mod and things related to cannibalism, was something in the old mod that found at least pointless. Particularly, Devious Device would have no problem along with ZAZ, the problem is cursed loot that breaks the game, simple slavery would be a good thing to add to being a slave market would make sense too.

 

I particularly have experience writing quests for mods and now I'm starting to write quests related to porn games, if you need someone to rewrite or create some quest for your remake I would be happy to help if you want, just wanted to let you know about the AE update which will change the SKSE scripts and will need to be updated in skse and mods that use skse.

That's a good point, I'm going to look into what's possible without creating issues when I get to that part.

 

About quests, well I'm currently mainly building cells and that process is pretty slow since my work keeps me occupied most of the time right now. So any help is appreciated, if you want I have a few ideas for side quests that I'm not sure how to make a proper quest out of yet.

of course, share it here or send it by message and I send a written quest here for you to analyze and one more question, remake will be for all areas ? (free woman, slave, enslaver and free men, slave or enslaver )

I feel you should really just go with whatever you want to do and not try to please everyone. From reading this thread so far everyone seems to want something different and I would also be the same. You won't please everyone and should just make something that takes inspiration from slaverun, but you can still call your own.  I don't like the idea of people "remaking" something if they're not actually doing that. 

 

I've read a few forum / blog entries on LL in the past few months where people want to "remake" slaverun but it sounds more like they want to make something akin to it while removing big chunks of content / fetishes that I believe appealed to the original audience of the mod.

Of course everybody has a different idea and as I said in the blog: "Everything is subject to change."

Not too sure if you are able to add in the events from Prison overhaul but I rather enjoyed those timed events/punishments.

 

Less quests that are errand based or at least have quests that makes a tad more sense, like help X person with X to get their support.

 

And maybe less story driven, i do understand that there are multiple endings and that you can play it again but what if at the end rather than being "killed" off. You just stay a slave with call events.

It's not about the number of ESP / ESM. The point is that you don't create a dependency on mods that are in the gigabyte range and then only use a handful of meshes.
It is similar with Zaz 8+. A lot of animations and when used as a framework for a mod - how much of it is used? A hand full. It's not against Zaz or DD, but whether you buy a cow because you want to drink a glass of milk.

On that, I completely agree. My rig was built to handle heavy modding but it still takes its toll when you're running multiple, even numerous, mods that are a gigabyte or larger. I love the Immersive Fashion mod, but wish it would drop its dependency on either ZAZ or DD or both.

On the one hand that's true, but on the other hand if you're running a mod like slaverun then you're likely to be using other mods that also use DD/Zaz anyway. And when the alternative is for mods to keep reinventing the wheel it just seems like you're going to end up with buggy/conflicting implementations.

At this point nothing is certain but the best case would be to have DD and Zaz optional. Both mods contain a lot of stuff and while it makes for a great selection of things you can use, most of these things just can't be used/get rarely used for a mod and as such just hang around wasting space and possibly creating instability.

Interesting. So there two mods about the same thing.

I like it.

 

Anyway, i think, sometimes, that i would love to just wake up and being enslaved. To whom, we have to find out.

Additionally, being "rented" out for service. Perhaps in the Inn. Or Prison. Who knows.

 

Slaverun gave us a nice story. Though i had a hard time believing it.

I can see why it had slave sisters.

What bugged me somewhat was slavers telling me i had no tits. Though i had. So i think it did not check if i actually had enlarged ones.

Some people may love the whole creature thingy but to me that was partly a turn off. I am getting it. Its fantasy in a fantasy world.

 

I am playing at the moment Skyrim LE. I like the mods that are for that version. SE lags still some mods. Though for the most part, its totally fine.

 

As for the mod, i wish you all the best. I can only imagine how hard it is to create one. I never got around myself to attempt.

It is completely irrelevant whether I have already installed something or not. The only question is: Do I want to use this mod if there are 5 other mods as a requirement that I might not even want.
No, I will not. I am not going to use Submissive Lola or any other mod that forces me to install huge frameworks just because it uses 5-6 things of it. Someone who develops such mods has lost sight of the essential - the user's glasses.
That's the only question. And if it can be avoided, then one should be grateful and support it - and not spread a "theory is not possible without it anyway".

 

By the way, maybe interesting: I have DDA, DDI, DDE and ZAZ installed and use them - but because I want to. ;)

An option that does not rely on just raping would be nice, since there are many of those mods. A maid alternative, with humiliations without raping or some with the same idea but in a milk farm, rebellious women who do not adapt are sent to produce milk for the soldiers or something like that without raping as long as they follow the rules or with some kind of warning.
