Hey dose anyone know why I cant be the one getting grabbed is it based off of player gender or is it because of some other mod. Anyhow I just die after reaching low health. How do I fix this?

Disclaimer: I have no idea if those changes have any side effects, and I've never used ODefeat with OStim classic, so I cannot verify if this behaves as it should. Please test ist and use it at your own risk, and tell me if there's still anything wrong with it.

Maybe, together, we can get this fixed for a version that properly works with standalone 

 

Edit: I re-added MoveToNearestNavmesh which I accidentally removed, this caused the player to sometimes float 10cm above the ground. Download is replaced with the better one

 

Edit 2: Btw, the mod already says so itself, but only test this on a throway safe, cause once you enable player defeat you won't be able to turn it off.

Once I'm finished with a couple other projects, I'd like to make a dedicated OStim standalone branch of ODefeat. When I do, could I have permission to share it?

 

On top of making sure it's fully compatible with OStim standalone, I've got a load of changes in mind for how it triggers and the mini game. My main motivation is so I can then use it as an entry point into another OStim add on I've got planned.

Ah thanks, I wasn't aware of any licensing. I shall take a look at what the MIT liscense is about.

 

I just thought I'd tag you as well since you did the OStim standalone patch, it's the version I was going to start with when I forked the mod.

We have the elite versions of osex and ostim the non standalone version. Whenever we use animations for consensual the animations work perfectly. But whenever defeated the enemy character bounces around and slides away.

 

We use finis and have run finis as well. We’re on mo2 and we’ve rearranged the list multiple times. I’m out of ideas here. Anyone got a fix.

I'm having an issue where after killing an NPC, a struggle scene starts with my character as the victim. The dead NPC is trying to assault my character. 

 

I'm using Nolvus V5 and just added Ostim to it.

It's working, but why is mine only standing when starting a scene? is it that I need to dl other animations?
there even no menus/ui for ostim showing, anyone know how to fix this?

Same here with the oStim Standalone version. All seems to be working except there isn't any menu, and can't happen to let it appear.

Still, the Search hotkey (the default is K) seems working, and the End command too.

@gerroth getting the same no ostim controls/menu issue on scene start as the rest of these poor souls, maybe we did a poopoo with the load order? But honestly, just normally starting a scene with the usual key instead of the G works just as well.

On kill event, is there supposed to be a execution scene? After sex scene ends my character just falls over dead without any animations.

A year later tried this mod on a new save. Sadly floating in air as victim. Game ctd every time if I'm the aggressor. No idea why.

Really hoping someone with the skills can make a patch to make the menu work... I wish I knew anything about modding this game b/c there are no good options for this kind of mod rn

Here's the upload. No guarantees that it's not going to do weird, funky stuff lol. ODefeat can screw up and remove your ability to do certain things, reguiring a restart to fix. Last I experimented using a mod like Acheron or Shadow of Skyrim or Death Alternative can bypass this if you get it doing it's magic after odefeat finishes up.

 

Just rename your bashed patch to whatever I have mine as in this test file and you should be good to go (also run nemesis).

 

In theory this could be done with any older ostim mods that require OSA. In theory.

Nothing for OStim Standalone as far as I know. I'm in their server and they appear to be against anything that isn't vanilla/consensual being implemented in the framework for some reason. If you want some slavery or defeat, you'll probably need to do it yourself or pay someone to do it.

Yea...can't help it. Different folks of different strokes. Wish someone picks this up though. A Defeat mod with OStim would be dope af.

I am using the lorerim modpack and while it does have a souls-like death mod, odefeat does in fact happen... but i'm also getting the bug of my girl and the aggressor just standing there doing nothing. I can end the scene, or start a scene normally, but otherwise nothing. I hope someone can fiddle with this to make it better. I do like ostim but a huge factor of enjoyment for me was sexlab having the defeat/rape/random triggers for scenes so I don't have to keep manually doing stuff.
