Sexlab se not working

so I installed sexlab se framework and sl defeat with vortex and and kidnapper yet using the sl animation loader it tells me there are no animations available does anyone have any suggestions. several other functions such as trigger ambush

Now that SLAL is installed, have you considered installing some animation packs and then picking and registering the animations in SLAL?

its not working i have animation the SLAL even says it now yet it looks like tne animations are gonna play but its both just stand still for a moment before regular activity resumes

Afaik that needs building (Bodyslide) the male body as nude rather than never-nude. In my game, I think I overcame that accidentally, because I created both a female and male player and built each body type.  On the other hand, I might have installed a mod that ensures NPCs are nude instead of never-nude. If a mod (sorry, can't remember) Maybe a widenet search on "skyrim se mod make npcs nude"

 

In addition, there *may* be settings in SL or other related mods that need to be addressed (it's been a long time since I dealt with that issue)

 

Sorry for my lame-assed response. it really has been a long time. 

 

PS> I just checked vortex and afaik, the only active "male" mod I have installed (aside from hair) is Detailed male faces, which I would recommend as it really improves the vanilla treatment of male faces.

 

Himbo is one many use. Also Better Male Remeshes. I didn't like either. (himbo makes males jiggly, which I personally find a bit gross, and it also swaps out the SOS schlong with its own take on it, which I also didn't like. Better male remesh made them weird, with their heads too big for their bodies in my installation)

You have at least 1 checkbox checked that you don't need checked,.  The only 2 checkboxes in FNIS that you want to check are gender specific and skeleton arm fix.  Check out section 7 of this guide, you'll need to download the pdf.
