FYI: This mod can be used effectively without "Patch for Animations".  I've just tested all 4 animations and the alignment is fine without any patch.

This does not work with AAF - when I have it loaded AAF only loads to 68%, if I take it out, its fine

THe latest version of AAF loads to 100% for me with this installed. Are you maybe using an older version of AAF or some animation patches which could be conflicting?

Latest version of all are loaded, that was the first thing I checked.  No animation patches loaded.

The patch this mod recommends conflicts with AAF, it's an optional patch so not including it is fine.
This is the one to avoid: Patch for animations (Squirt/Cum Effects, cum overlays, stages, fixes)

Agreed, I don't use that, which probably explains why I'm not observing a problem.

Just wanted to confirm that this mod works without the patch, and even works with the Futanari FEV mod. I just tested all four. Dragged, and dropped it into Vortex, sorted the plugins, and took it for a test run. Took a screenshot and added it below.

download the .7zip file, open Vortex and drop it in the bottom where the mods are located.
