Why so bad?

Skyrim Animations at this point have been Top quality with a lot of Real weird Stuff added in just cause.

You can get over 30,000 Sex animations and still not have them all but even with that fact Fallout 4's Sex mods and Jank, misaligned awkward and very Limited with almost no quality animations like Skyrim has so i was wondering why this is its been years and fallout has a lot of props, monsters, animals, robots, Mutants and even contraptions Workshop for some even more weird stuff.

 

But no nothing Why is it still Bad ?

Ahhh yes no real answer just a Duur do it yourself, classic

Because your initial position is wrong, you recieved a lot of cool free mods for other game and wait from people to create same free cool stuff for you in another game. 

If you will find answer why it is hard - what you will do with it? You will solve problems, improve situation, donate to authors?

donate to authors - yes Only if they don't paywall mods cause Fuck those people that are just as bad as Bethesda Paid Mods

Secondly No i can't fix what ever problem it might be because i don't code all i can do is make 3D models im just confused why Fallout 4 has such bad Quality Animations but Skyrim LE has Animations On par with some of the Best AAA games from 2020 like wtf its a more updated engine can handle more and do more and yet its way worse in every way for mods 

all we get is 4 million "Modern" Gun mods ( They are just rips from Cod )

 

Skyrim Sexlab has around 100+ People making Animations or mods at any given time

Fallout 4 seems to get like 1 mod then nothing for a month and its (WIP) that's dropped or a Ugly AF Bodyslide - Like wtf why i just don't understand is fallout 4's animations fucked up in some way making them harder to make or is the game worse for modding cause of "X" Reason ?

 

Nobody seems to give a straight answer about this or just don't want to throw shade at someone else, and with so many Hack modders starting to break off from nexus and Paywall shit its getting worse, I for one support modders only if they make content No rips Presets or Ports and Worst of all Paywalling Versions or updates Fuck those people. just think paying $15 for a broken animation pack, Follower, Quest or whatever and not being able to even understand why its broken cause its only posted on some shady ass site with no Support.

Man, you don't understand what is wrong about your position, I will try to say again, if you cant understand the last reason to answer something to you is totally meaningless
Think again: if you walk around some street and find 500$ laying and you decided to collect them, then you go on other street and find 200$ and also collect them for free and you start blaming: wtf? where are my 300$, bad street, bad people, I expected to find here also 500$, bad world.

 

What help you expect in your position, of course you will recieve answer like drop 300$ from your pocket on ground and enjoy recieve 500$ from street again, or help somebody with job, life, etc. and then he will give you this 300$ you missed.

Dont expect you will find 500$ on each street for free

The reasons why there are so many more good mods for skyrim may be:

 

1. Skyrim is a lot older. look back when skyrim was just as old as F4 is now, we had lot less mods for skyrim. 

2. Skyrim seems to be much more interesting to many players and modders. Even if the Engine is mostly the same, this doesnt mean, that the modders will play and create mods as much with FO4, like they do with Skyrim. I for example have FO4 since release but never played it seriously before 2021. Lower interest -> less manpower -> less output

3. Some things seem to be very different, like how animations work etc. It seems so many things had to be reinvented by scratch.

Start learning how to mod and you'll quickly see why. You'll also find out that even though Skyrim & FO4 use the Papyrus engine, they are NOT the same.

And either your standards are unrealistic or you never get past the front page of Nexus, but you obviously have no clue of the quality mods available for FO4. Nor how to use them.

My friends mam made dinner the other day whiles i was round it was free for me and was a 5/10 at best But wait is thinking that Wrong think to you aswell !?

The real and simple reason is that Havok tools x64 became proprietary and you cannot buy or license it and it's not available any more. This makes it close to rocket science difficulty level for modders to achieve. Since the gains do not outweigh the means, most modders choose another avenue. This is the same reason why you see little to no custom physics in clothing and models either, usually it's re-used physics, copied from other sources.

Yes you cant, because it is not your mom dinner, and have not done anything good to this family, or maybe if you did, you may expect some quality based on your contribution previously, so you SHOULD NOT EXPECT SOMETHING GOOD FOR FREE FROM FOREIGN PEOPLE, hope you understand, otherwise you are trolling or have serious base life misunderstanding
