What you're describing sounds to me like Petcollar. By default it also forces permanent nudity, but I think that can be disabled if you don't want that.

Yeah, PetCollar will do what you're asking.  You can configure it to just add the ability without the collar, clothes or no clothes, arousal levels, etc.  Basically if your follower's arousal is high enough they'll use your character like a blowup doll.
