Here's a few full-res images of the skin. >_< If you zoom in, you can see the pores, veins, wrinkles, etc. There is a bit of performance loss but no price is too great for higher resolution sole textures >_<

I think details depends on what texture one uses, but for now, I'm fine with the current and 4k, bnp has very detailed feet btw if you might wanna check others.

I freed my HDD from Skyrim over two years ago, but.. I can imagine what could happen to my laptop if it got such a huge portion of pixels to processing.

It would result getting a crash when creating a character in racemenu or loading a save game. (in the best case) Anyway, textures of such high resolution are a kind of serious RAM eaters, in my opinion.?

Yeah, especially uncompressed; it eats up VRAM/RAM like no tomorrow. Thankfully Skyrim SE supports BC7 DDS compression - It ever so slightly decreases quality of the texture but the file size (and load on your hardware) is much smaller; a good trade-off for gameplay.
