Hey bud, I dont use any animation poses, just simple poses. a lot of the poses that I do are custom made via simply moving the arms legs etc. using screenarcher. This is the same for any gifs or 'mp4s'. What I do is take a sequence of screenshots while moving a limb, then put them all in order in camtasia like a moving image (gif).
