This has been an enjoyable mod experience overall. 

 

I assume it is possible as I have seen it in other mods, but my ONLY complaint is the inability to skip dialogue. 

 

I read quickly and often spend most of my time sitting waiting for the dialogue to change. Being able to hit a button to advance it would be amazing.

 would require a Google search for the correct moveto command and the finding the cell ID.

For me, the dialogs are skipped normally, just by clicking the left mouse button.

 

It looks like you haven't installed all the requirements of the mod.
The mod requires F4z Roh Doh.

If you haven't installed it, then the problem you described is a consequence.

 

Earlier "F4z Roh Doh" worked unstable, so authors made .fuz files for their mods.
But, about half a year ago "F4z Roh Doh" was fixed, and now many new or updated mods require it.

Follow up question regarding the updated versions. 

 

I hear often that its good to uninstall prior versions and then install the updated one. 

 

I tried that here, and I got no options for CWSS, the apartment garden, etc. and when starting up my game, all of those items were not listed as available. 

 

Are these new versions OK to overwrite the original version so as to not lose those options?

Just updated to 5.1.7, hoping would fix, but had the issue in 5.1.6 aswell

 

Cant seem to get Lucy in the Sky to start

Ive collected the mail, returned to Charlotte, she tells me about the outfit in the apartment, but the quest doesnt start. (and theres no more follow up dialogue with Charlotte)

 

SQS shows that its im at these stages in the respective quests

_NukaRide_Lucy 10

_NukaRide_Movies2 35

 

SQV shows Lucy, Blake, Connie, Mason, OB, Raider, and player REFs

 

CompleteQuest does work, and "Date with the Boss" starts afterwards

 

Ive tried going to the apartment, but the OB isnt there, oddly if i go to Fizztop, i can initiate the dialogue for the quest, but eventually he tells me to "head upstairs" but he doesnt move.

Ive also tried to setstage my way through, but none of the other NPCs seem to show up (ride to abernathy, raider once at abernathy)

 

any help would be appreciated

Я также пытался подготовить свой путь, но ни один из других NPC, кажется, не появляется (ездите в абернати, рейдер один раз в абернати)

Reload the save before you take the quest, don't skip the dialog, don't move until Charlotte finishes. Had same issue previously, that's how I fixed it for me

Didnt work for me, tried several times from a save immediatly before talking to Charlotte and another before picking up the mail.

This 100%, but unfortunatly even if i do skip it, "Date with the Boss" works normally, but then i get the same issue with Heaven showing that its started in the console but not giving me the quest start notification or any way to track it on the pipboy.

I use vortex, I uninstall NR first, then when I install the new version second, I get the Fo-Mod which has all the choices you listed in it.

I have never not gotten the Fo-Mod so I would uninstall it and re-install.

It has always showed up in every version I have gotten.

I suggest you try something.

Load a save where you just left the Vault, a new game made for testing, and type:

 

StartQuest _NukaRide_Lucy
SetStage _NukaRide_Lucy 10

 

It should start. If it doesn't start, it means that there is another mod editing/replacing the mentioned actors.

 

Same with "Made in Heaven". If you have Maxson or Stockton dead / replaced by other mods, you won't be able to continue as my mod needs them.

 

If they're alive, make sure you give my mod a higher priority in your load order.

Got three crashes in a row while doing the same thing. For the quest Made in Heaven, Nora and Music go to sleep on the sleeping bags on the floor and "Poodle" is supposed to wake them up. During the loading before they wake up, the game crashes. Got a crash log. This is happening on 5.1.7.

It says that the CTD is due to the "Pack Left Arm" armor, which is worn by the character in the scene you mention. A conflict with the skeleton. 

 

My bet: that armor has some faulty bone in the BodyTalk conversion. Consider rebuilding the armor, or simply delete the conversion and use the vanilla version.

I started a new game for NukaRide

 

They werent dead, but I didnt know if they were being replaced/edited.

 

Went and uninstalled almost everything not related to or required by your mod. Set NukaRide to load dead last, started up a new game fresh out of the vault... still no luck geting the quest to start.

@JB. I just wanted to say thank you.  I have put off downloading Nuka  Ride for a while.  My loss.. I had a problem with the drug mule quests. After talking with Nisha,  the prisoner would never come over to insert the drugs.  I had to teleport them to my slut every time. for the quest to continue. 

 

Your brothel scenes are the best ever.       I hope you plan brothels in Diamond city, and Goodneighbor too.

Looks like I'm a couple days late to report both of these, but I can report that the pre-combines for sure fixed my stuttering/flickering issues.  I hadn't done a new game in awhile and although I had the issue last run through NR, I had fixed some load order issues and everything was really working well everywhere else.  So when I stared a new game I noticed the really bad stuttering was in NR, but hadn't been there in my old save when I ran through the vanilla DLC.

 

I noticed the Mason quest failed too, but thought I'd try again, or wait for my friend who is playing my build to see if his failed.  I came to report it, saw 5.1.7 and of course you've already fixed the issues!!

So for some stupid reason, visiting Colter after getting the first meeting setup by Music crashes the game EVERY time now when he says "...get on your knees..." i talked shit about him the first save i used and was not satisfied that he scolded me for talking shit about him to Maddox but it didnt crash... then i reloaded and tried the "obedient" route and now it crashes EVERY time... is there a good reason for this? its not on my end clearly if it worked the first time... and lately its been crashing a lot at random moments but those are "fixed" by just loading and trying it again, example: when i talked to someone and they forced an outfit on me, typically does it... and a few other times too...

 

The game even crashes even when i set the stage just past it... so its definitely NOT on my end... why would this be happening? when i check the quest it says "..._NukaRide_VIP 41" or "Visit Overboss (Good Pet)"... so i type "SetStage _NukaRide_VIP 50" and its crashed without fail back-to-back 3x in a row... and since it mentions "cooking" for setstage "50" i even "reinstalled" or installed the workbench in Nuka Ride's MCM (not really sure if the workbench is installed or if its something that has to happen manually...) and nothing changed, still crashes...

I'm not familiar with whatever that is but its randomly decided to start working again... I would still be interested in knowing what the issue might've been though... the only 2 things i did differently this time around are as follows: 

 

1. I did not talk to Char, Mag's Director, at all after reporting back to Mr. Corsican to complete the previous quest. I instead went directly to Music to get the Nuke Ride VIP mission to start. And in the defense of the mod... this kind of made logical sense to me, esp because when you try to progress with her she just sends you to Music/the OB and the "Rising Porn Star" mission goes into "limbo" waiting for you to complete the VIP quest first anyway.

 

2. I did not put on any other clothing (i had a big fur coat on with a purse the first time... this time i wore only what Music forced my avatar to wear, didnt add or take away a thing...) 

 

...And thats it. I also put my camera into 3rd person for it to work, though that didnt make a difference at all the other times i tried it, must've been like 6-7x minimal lol smh...

 

Personally I find it odd that any of that should matter but it seems to have been just what i needed to do... if i was a mind-reader or if the quests at least told you to do them in a certain order then i could understand ??? lol
