Yep. You can only test the version you are actually playing. Even if you have multiple installs, you will just launch the game once to make sure it's working on other version and that's it. Still applauded the effort. Been putting off updating mods for months.

Hey all! Um. I have some pretty newb questions, and I'm really sorry in advanced >.> 

So, lovely people of LL! Can you help me figure these two issues out? I fiiiiinally got the mods all loaded. I'm not a modder. I use Vortex. I know, and I'm sorry. Tiny brain. 

 

First issue, I feel like I can maybe ignore? I can still load into the game just fine. I don't know if something bad is happening that I don't know I don't know about. When I hit play through my mod manager, I get a popup (Idk how to add it as an image, sorry) that says: 

 

"A mod you have installed contains a DLL plugin that has failed to load correctly. If a new version of Fallout was just released, the plugin needs to be updated. Please check the mod's webpage for updates. This is not a problem with F4SE.

Buffout4.dll: disabled, incompatible with current version of the game
HHS.dll: disabled, incompatible with current version of the game

Continuing to load may result in lost save data or other undesired behavior. Exit game? (yes highly suggested)"

 

Howeeeeeever. When I ignore that and hop into the game, I'm able to save, exit, reload just fine. I downloaded everything today, so I do believe things are updated?  

Second issue, poor Sophie. She has... no body. Just a floating head/hair. Now, I did initially try using Fusion Girl, but I couldn't figure it out and gave up. Went with CBBE instead. I don't know if that may have messed something up, but figured it's worth mentioning it. My body shows up fine in third person. Monique appeared fine. So I'm not sure why Sophie doesn't. The eyebot we speak with at the beginning was a little weird. If I moved, he turned away. He didn't wanna face me, but Idk if that's anything. Could still talk to him fine. 

Sorry for the novel, but any guidance is appreciated :3 (Remember, this is not my forte. Use tiny words please. I don't understand modding. Just kind of brute forcing my way through >.> )

Only if you don't want those F4SE plugins not to work.  HHS is for high heels to work.  The short version is your using the wrong version of those specific F4SE plugins for the version of game your running.  Not knowing what version of game your running it's hard to say, but if your on the latest version then Buffout4.dll is definitely the wrong plugin (it's only for old-gen or next-gen, depending on which one your using).

This usually means your missing the BodySlide files that are in the main folder.  You should download the right one for the body.

I forgot to set that at the end of the escort service. You can write SetStage _NR_Stripclub 300 in the meantime.

This usually means your missing the BodySlide files that are in the main folder.  You should download the right one for the body.

 

 

So I only worked on fixing the DLL popup issue, and somehow fixed both in my messing around with things. Sophie also has a corporeal form! Yay! Thank you.

I have Gender Ratio's running and to be honest there are still more women than I would like around the place. But meh... 

 

I have a small complaint, I am only up to the final quest stuff for the Training (Norita line after fucking Ryder to death). This is probably the 4th maybe 5th time. Anyways, why are all the guys cheering Sophie, I mean sure she is Hot but they are meant to be looking at me!! I am not normally a jealous person but I may have rather high attention whore narcissism traits? Maybe... I do a a suggestion for the future after all the dust settles with the update. Maybe leave them cheering Sophie but cause I am rather miffed that she is getting all the attention maybe an option to turn the show into a sexy couples dance and kiss on the bar? I love sharing the attention, I just don't like not getting it, in Fallout that is dangerous as I might have psychopathic tendencies when guys say no or focus away from me. I do promote Lesbians though, more of them means way more cock for me, even willing to teach them how to use their tongues right. (Oh wait sorry now I am just talken for the sake of breathing) Sophie does it to me, they really should perv on me more than her...

Oh and a question about Sophie (yes a possible spoiler?) Further down the track do you develop a cool Lover relationship where Sophie and you share toys (I mean guys) and have the occasional personal time, or night out on the prowl for more toys to play with (yes guys)?

@JB.  Did a fresh playthrough of NR7 (i had a save right after 6.9 ended luckily) and whatever issue was happening with the deer in my first go seems resolved. This time the game recognized I interacted with the deer and progressed the quest so I didn't have to kill it. 

 

Escort dialogue worked perfectly, but I can't believe Hee Haw Destroyer of Worlds wasn't an alias option. XD Now my biggest problem is I have to wait for more content. >_< I was able to complete everything in about 5.5-6 hours.

Ok I ran this and still crashed, crash log was slightly different but main culprits were the same.   Starting running each part of the crash through AI (yes I know its not the best results but worth a shot in the dark) and also through the crash log checker.   both hinted at any mods that changed any NPC faces so I went digging.   I disabled all the a bit prettier mods (Bos, Raiders, Gunners, NW Raiders) along with your patch for the NW raiders.   The Raiders in town are ugly as trash but that scene with the OB that was a 100% crash rate was now able to be completed and moved on to scene with Billy and back to Apartment.   

 

so for now the issue seems to the a bit prettier NW raiders and the patch - both of which are a little old.   I would really like to use them as the base game face mods for NW are some seriously ugly textures, so maybe a deeper look into the patch for your mod will lead to the issue.

 

edit: saw this post in the comment section of that NW specific mod, may or may not be related as they were not talking about any crashing

   The mod was made with extended facial sliders. Even if you have the extended sliders mod installed the edits always show up as errors in xedit. I manually merged several facial mods together but ended up getting "BSFaceGenNiNodeSkinned" crashes associated with skeleton.nif. The crashes all ended up being changes to vanilla male raider edits. I suspect from the physics of the hair mods on them. Some hairs would be stretching across the screen. I tried changing the hairs but the problem persisted. I ended up deleting all the male raider edits and copying vanilla records as override, it's been fine since.
   If faces are messed up try extended facial sliders.

JB. I finished NR7 and just wantted to say thank you for an excellent mod. I never did get the timers working but i really think it is a hydra issue and may how vortex loads it, Kudos to you!

Do you have dialogue camera mode enabled? It's important to have it active.

 

But yes, when Cassius arrives, he takes a few steps forward and then stops to start a dialogue (with camera). For him to take a few steps forward, he needs my new navmeshes.

F4 downgraded - Fusion Girl, when she equipped the VIP dress her surgery upgrades went to vanilla, at least her boobs did could not tell about the lower portions. Yes, I ran bodyslide with the new FG files.... I did not change any settings in bodyslide.

I played up to Mason giving her the outfit and quit, waited for update, loaded update, loaded Hydra.

Hydra is the only new mod, crash on loading saves, save again try to reload it and crash, never had any issues for 25+ hours, then Hydra and crash, crash, crash.

I uninstalled it and will try again.

Can load old saves just not new saves after update.

Well I removed Hydra...Still crashing trying to load saves in the studio 4th floor.

Don't know what to do... if I start over and play to this point will I still run into the same issue, don't really want to waste 25+ hours to find out.

Are you using Nuka Ride World Patch?  I want to say this was looked at many pages ago and that patch places more NPCs, but I don't recall if they are from the leveled list NPC or not.  The reason is gender ratio's only changes NPCs that are placed from leveled lists, and very specific leveled lists (at least that's what I recall when I looked at the mod).  The world patch definitely places more NPCs to make the town look busier.

 

So the next problem is leveled lists are not true ratios, it's a list of base NPCs (i.e. male or female), sure you can put half & half but the result in-game may not be 50/50 (and since it is randomized the in-game ratio could change from save to save).  I believe the problem is called the gambler's fallacy.  It's also very possible the engine has other biases, or the distribution of the list plays a role, etc.  But what I recall is NR doesn't really mess with the leveled list NPCs, they are as they are in the vanilla game.

This is an indicator that "Build Morphs" wasn't checked.  Do you know if it was checked?  If you upgraded BodySlide, depending on how you manage the mod, those default settings can be lost up BodySlide upgrades.

Not sure if it was mentioned, but Fratboy (Marcus) is unvoiced in the Cassius meet scene.  Also, is he supposed to be white?  Because PC refers to him as chocolate.

I have the enhanced surgery shape untill I wear the vip outfit, then it goes away, the impression of the boobs are in the outfit but there is space between the outfit and the boobs. When removed player has the default body shape prior to surgery. Was going to get a pic but I keep crashing so could not get there. Thanks for the help.

I  have the same problem with that outfit,I think there's a bug in the bodyslide files it also has a transparency issue where I can slightly see through the body ,it's the only outfit out of 30 or so that's given me trouble so I ignored it

So far my playthrough has been fairly trouble free other than a couple of anims skipping (the one with Peach over the desk in pizza and one hot blooded ) I'm using the latest AAF with ,163
