Best i can do is post a save file with both music issues and in front of bench, its from bare bones mod loadout, just nukaride, it's requrement and few player only outfits/weapons. Should load on any setup .. maybe.

Thanks for the save. For some reason, Shank and Music's aliases weren't filled. I have no idea why that would happen.

No, and I don't understand why. This command fixed it, but it's part of the hotkey

I find the Nuka Ride version already clean enough, and it even has the precombines and previses done.

 

The Nuka Ride World Patch adds more cool features, although the lack of precombines and previses does impact performance.

 

Another patch? I don't know if another one would be advisable. In any case, it would be best to wait for Izzy to update his patch.

Personally, I took a decision to ditch Izzy's patch entirely for now, unfortunately. The studio has serious lighting/shader issues with the patch enabled on the latest 5f version.
It might be due to updating NR mid-playthrough but i can't be arsed to investigate further. It looks as intended without the Nuka World Patch. To be fair, it was already too problematic performance-wise anywhere but the interior cells, and now this. :x It looked great when it worked but for now imma pass.

That depends on your game version, if you've recently downloaded AAF it seems to get packaged with them all (dont know if that is an actual issue) so i moved the ones out that were not for the Old Gen game version

Ok, First off love the mod, now question, is there any way to remove the facial piercings? I don't like my Nora to have the snake bites and the upper lip stud and would really like to remove them but they do not show up anywhere in the inventory either through the regular inventory or through the console showinventory.

Those are head parts, not armors. 

 

Soooo... go to the tattoo store and ask for Music's services. She can remove all your piercings.

Thanks, forgot about Music's services, I haven't played NR since waaayyyy back when you first started it. Just picked it back up to do something different for a change.

Did anyone know solution for Abernathy quest it seams that mine stuck at Drumlin dinner part. They all just sit and won't talk to me?

By the way, I've been considering limiting fans to settlements only. If I take Diamond City out of the equation, I'll be saving almost 40 unique voices. If I limit fans to settlements only, the number of voices to do is more realistic, something like 8.

 

 

Hmm.....isn't early Nora filled with comments that implied the DC security guards were snapping up all of Nora's movies.   So.....you may have made it "canon" that Nora would get the most fan interaction in DC.    Course, back in ....2022 was it..when you expanded it to DC, making voices was never planned out.   We call this "mission creep" and happens to weapon system procurement all the time (long development time allows new technology that needs to be incorporated on to the weapon system in development, making weapon development even longer)

this probably is more of a generic modding question... I played this mod a few years ago, and decided to re-run it. I downloaded all the mods from the AAF guide, then everything for NukaRide. I manually installed f4se. All mods are in MO2 (Nukaride mods top, AAF below). The "Run" button in MO2 doesn't work, gives an F4SE error. I can start the game with the f4se_launcher, but it seems like it's not modded at all... I remember all kinds of mod messages popping up when I last played it, here came nothing. Also I installed SKKFastStart and it didn't seem to do anything, was a regular game start. Obviously the robot also didn't appear at the vault, which could have other reasons as I read... but all in all, it just feels completely unmodded (wasn't there also a mod button in the main menu?). Maybe worth noting, I completely uninstalled and reinstalled (via Steam) the game before all the modding

As far as I know they recommend F4se should go in your data directory and not be installed in the MO2 directory check that first it sounds like F4se isn't being detected

This should help you consider what kind of tattoos you apply through looksmenu.

The only point is that the tattoos added specifically by NR are not available in looksmenu. If you want to make them available, follow the path to the file:
Data\F4SE\Plugins\F4EE\overlays\Nuka Ride.esp\overlays.json
Replace ""playable" : false," with ""playable" : true,"" for each
But I recommend not changing the author's idea for a better immersion.

MO2 uses an overlay (they call it virtual) filesystem, so nothing actually gets installed in your Data folder, so yeah running it outside of MO2 means it's not modded, and the error reported by MO2 when you run it (under it's overlay/virtual filesystem) is a installation problem.  You should fix that.

Okay, so i'm having an issue with walking lyones  it tells me to relax and wait for him.But it's not kicking to the next stage

This is starting to worry me; it's the second report.

crappppp.... I added the "Nora puts piercings on the Overboss" bit and it ruined my quest to walk Lyons like a house of cards.  Fix incoming.

OMG bro your mod is fire finish Norita's route it was soo good and funny, i want to ask will there be a commonwealth slavers x nuka ride in the future? and is it possible to do some repeatable quest to increase reputation both in nuka world and the commonwealth? i am afraid when i go back to commonwealth people/npc there wont recognize my playthrough would be so awesome if that happens tho i know that gonna hard and long to encode. just an idea, since this is by far the best raider mod i have played and uniting all of them or not.

Thanks! I was telling another user yesterday that I won't be able to do something like that because the themes are too different. Slavers is basically about torture. Nuka Ride, Norita's route, is about sexual self-discovery. Let's not mix apples and oranges.

 

In Nuka World you can reshoot all the movies, walk the dog, redo the training quests in Seven Bar, and in the Commonwealth you have settlements where fans want to greet you from time to time.
