possibly, one or mod could be conflicting with each other. try disabling any mod relating to sora and download the kairi nbf mod

Thanks to that above post, I managed to find where I put the rest of that Project Embrace compatible Nude Kairi file!

Kairi doesn't get naked.
Her status became Naked, but her name remained Sora.

What's wrong?

You're in the tutorial area. The mod won't work until after that.

Is the tutorial until you clear Olympus?

That's normal for model changes. You're not likely to see Kairi in the cutscenes. So yeah, enjoy your characters talking with invisible people!

Okay, so I was unaware of this but the mod has issues in certain cutscenes where Aqua is unable to go to certain places, making it unplayable. I'm looking into it, but for now the best option is when you get to those scenes, uninstall the mod, get past it, and then reinstall it.

Crashed on arrival in Twilight Town.

Cleared Olympus. Kairi is now naked, but Sora is still the name on the status screen.

How do you get this to work? SO far for me, the model loads corectly her pants down but the textures are missing so the butt is just solid black? :S
