I know i am very late but do the mods still work and/or how do i install them? do i use unreal mod launcher or the pak thing? and what about the folder vs packs with no folders?

Anyway, I find more success just using the pak thing. I think there is a mod loader for KH3 but I'm not sure.

I agree. I'd never imagine someone would be so pedantic as to quote every post we've made here like some kind of "best of" greatest hits compilation.

So I know this is a MASSIVE longshot... but is there anybody here who can make an Olette nude mod for KH3? it's the only girl we never got from the main bunch =(

I am happy to pay for it of course, DM me I can commission it I just want to see my girl in game!

This is long overdue I commissioned this mod from Zai, around the time Kingdom Hearts 3 first released on PC. It's based on a picture I drew a while ago. They're are some bugs like occasional crashing when used with other mods, It was never finished and he just disappeared. I woulda payed more if he woulda asked, if that was the issue. 

Things that weren't finished:

-poses

-alternate outfit

-full nude

 

I also commissioned a Larxene mod, as far as I know nothing was done with that.

possibly, one or mod could be conflicting with each other. try disabling any mod relating to sora and download the kairi nbf mod

Kairi doesn't get naked.
Her status became Naked, but her name remained Sora.

What's wrong?

You're in the tutorial area. The mod won't work until after that.
