Not a double post, just happened to be the last person to respond to this topic, but if anyone is playing around with mods, know that the nude Namine mod is incompatible with the TresModMenu 2 (Tres Mod Menu 2 at Kingdom Hearts III Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com) for whatever reason.

 

If someone knows why this is, with more knowledge than I have, we would be eternally grateful.

Been a while since this post, but I do see they are still active on Patreon as of this month. Looks like they've been pretty consistent since last year. I'm going to become a patron at the beginning of next month (4/1) and see if I can get any information about the Olette mod.

I hope so. Kinda mad they're doing this now, I got the game on Epic Game Store early because of the mods. Why can't they release these games at both stores at the same time!?

Ikr, there’s a guy with an Inuyasha pic who gets mad about male mods but I’d gladly commission them and share them. Fingers crossed someone reachers out or makes them with the steam release.

On a side note these were progress updates I got from Zai when he was working on the Olette full nude mod, but he never even gave me a test mod so these pics are all I have.

 

 

We need more mods half nude like these with socks, shoes, and gloves on still. Sadly this Olette mod never seemed to finish, I wonder if somebody could edit zai's full nude mods more like this I would love them

Someone was saying that the Steam version of KH is easier to mod but I am yet to see anyone actively modding KH right now.

Is there a way to find a list of downloads for this game or do we actually just have to slowly go through this thread? New to this website as I was just looking for cute bikinis and stuff and while ive found some here im not sure how to find downloads and i cant find anything like that anywhere else for some reason, kinda weird as i do remember the very first psp release of Birth By Sleep even having nude and sexy mods back in the day, not sure why theyre so hard to find now for certain games

You know, I just realized that we don't have a nude mod for Larxene do we?

Sorry for the double post, especially since I know that modders have moved on, but the closest we have to a nude Larxene is the Bee Larxene mod. I want to point out this mod not only because it looks very nice, but also because it has great jiggle physics. I don't think the existing nude mods for other characters have jiggle physics, but I could be wrong.

No Olette mods have as of yet ever released, but Andelx released a nude Olette model that could conceivably be made into a mod:

Also, I recently created a mod where I replaced a character model's hair with another mesh in a different UE4 game, so I should eventually be able to do the same thing in KH3.

 

Question about a crash with Kairi. Just finished The Caribbean and unlocked Kairi in the Journal. Took a look and the mod worked just fine. I went to Twilight Town to save the game and turn in Postcards, then wanted to give it another look because I notice that the model is very different from the Aqua one. Almost as if they weren't made by the same person or something, Kairi's skin was much shinier than Aqua's skin. When I opened the entry for Kairi, the game crashed before loading the image. I started the game again and tried again, same issue. Not sure why it worked fine at first but now crashes and I wish I took a screenshot when it worked the first time. At the very least, I have the error information here in the spoiler tag.

Did you have the "cheeky Olette" mod active when this crash occurred? If so, I think know what happened - Zai's Olette mod and his Kairi mods are somewhat incompatible. I believe it's a caching issue - if the game tries to load one of his modified Kairi models and his modified Olette into the cache at the same time, it crashes. So opening Kairi's journal entry in Twilight Town, where Olette has been loaded in, caused a crash, but not in The Caribbean. But so long as the game "resets" the character model cache somehow, such as by loading into a different area in Data Greeting, you can load the other model without causing a crash. In fact, I found that the bug with the Olette mod where her butt is untextured is fixed when one of the Kairi mods is active - so to get Olette working, you have to have the Kairi mod active, but not have Kairi actually in the same scene as Olette as that causes a crash. And since I don't think Kairi and Olette are ever in the same scene in the main game, this is something that will only occur in Data Greeting or if you peruse the Journal.

 

It's likely that Zai developed Olette while having one of the Kairi mods active and used some of the resources from there, but neglected to include them in the Olette mod itself, while also never trying to load Kairi into the same scene as Olette, so he never saw the crash. Someone more experienced with Unreal modding would probably be able to fix it.

 

There's a similar bug with Daedalus' Anti-Aqua mod - it's busted and displays weird unless you also have his Aqua mod active. At least that one doesn't seem to cause any crashes.

 

Some other things I noticed:

 

I could never seem to see a difference using Zai's Wet Skin mod for Aqua, is it just really subtle, or am I doing something wrong?

 

While some of Zai's custom poses for Aqua and Kairi work great, there seem to be a good number that don't and just have them in their default pose, sometimes clipping into the floor as I imagine that the pose has them on their knees or something.

 

As great as nude mods are, I think I'd be more inclined to actually play the game with ones that leave more to the imagination. We've got some good choices for swimsuits for Kairi and Aqua, and the Bee Girl and Bunny Girl outfits for Larxene and Aqua, but choices for other characters are lacking - more swimsuits or even just skimpier versions of their normal clothes, like Daedalus's partial versions for Kairi and Xion (but with their breasts covered) would be nice. While full costumes like maid outfits are maybe asking a bit much (particularly in regards to getting the cloth to behave properly), simple stuff like frilly lingerie would be a great fit for characters like Namine. Not complaining about what we already have or accusing anyone of being lazy, just offering some untapped ideas.

Yes! It's exactly that! Bottomless Olette (or being in Twilight Town) is the issue, I wonder if there's a way to fix it.
