This location literally uses hundreds of (small) textures and they are all in the wrong format! (JPG and DDS instead of PNG) Converting the texture files is easy enough but you also have to update the filename in Blender and recompile or they wont be used. That's a lot of very boring work so don't expect this location to be released tomorrow After the texturing, there are still positions to add, a usercam to setup, room options to code, a TV screen to hijack and maybe some animations to add. Marburg Posted July 5, 2021 Author Share Posted July 5, 2021 texturing nearly done... i separated both the TV screens from their consoles and linked them together in one "mesh" that can be used to display movies or screenshots. So if you select a movie it will play on both screens. 3 Link to comment

Daspex Posted July 7, 2021 Share Posted July 7, 2021 (edited) Some interior from another WIP.This will be a complete house with all the rooms it is one house of a small city from a game but i have to recreate the house and many room parts cause the rooms would not fit into the vanilla house of the game.... Marburg Posted July 14, 2021 Author Share Posted July 14, 2021 Another day, another project. some tricky transparancies (as usual) and a couple of textures to fix. in this location, several really large textures were only used for a small part. That's fine for a static render but in "our" game, where memory is always in short supply, that just won't do. You can either edit the large texture and throw out the bits you dont need or use another texture; preferably one that is already used elsewhere in the room. The impact can be considerable. In this case, removing two largely unused textures cut down the amount of texture memory needed from almost 150Mb to under 100Mb. 5 Link to comment

This room is screaming for a Marburg port! It's a b*tch of a job - every single screw is an object - that will take some time before it will be ready. This room was taken from the same game as the lovely Chloe's Room i ported earlier. It is very similar in design and overall look & feel... they even share some textures. The model i downloaded did not have any textures but i managed to find them elsewhere. It's a PITA to re-texture the whole room but it is what it is. And then i came across another room from the same game... Victoria's Room. Thankfully this room did come with the right textures and most are even properly linked to the right mesh. 6 Link to comment

Daspex Posted August 12, 2021 Share Posted August 12, 2021 (edited) This is the first room of a whole house from a sex game.Its Julias room,one of two sisters living in this house.The house will have a Kitchen,Bathroom,parental Bedroom,Livingroom,Diningroom and the sisters rooms.Also the house has a pool in the garden area. The colors are a bit bright cause i loaded the room in VXI by accident. The room has no decoration for now and most textures are placeholder.(Not much time at the moment.) This room is an experiment and training room to me while learning blender animations.Blender is still new to me and now its time to get animated objects going.Thanks a whole lot to Marburg who figured out how to get animations running in custom rooms and also how to use a vidwall in custom rooms and many other cool functions.Thanks for all of this man!!! And...No this police glider isnt made out of the addon toy.This is a model downloadable at turbosquid as free license obj.I just added the backlights texture and the toplights.
