adrelovski Posted February 19, 2021 Posted February 19, 2021 Hi, OutfitStudio beginner here. I have been working on remodeling an armor to suit my tastes but some of the vertices do not change with the sliders. It results in ugly deformation. How to I attach/associate vertices to a slider/body part? I'm guessing its something to do with boneweights. This^ is how I want it to conform no matter the breast size. Buttttt..... This is what happens when I increase "BreastsSH" >> The rest of the mesh changes along with the slider but the tips of the shall get swallowed alive. They simply do not move, ever. Its very annoying, especially in-game. What to do LoversLab wizards? Thnx, andrelovski
myuhinny Posted February 19, 2021 Posted February 19, 2021 Your pictures are dead/broken. To find out if something is weighted or not. Load the file into outfit studios select everything and go to shape - mask weighted vertices. If everything turns black then everything is weighted.
adrelovski Posted February 19, 2021 Author Posted February 19, 2021 SpongeBob *Three hours later* I got it - I selected the shape and "conformed selected" with maximum "max vertex targets"

Thanks, I replied before seeing this ^ I'm not sure why my pics aren't appearing. They do for me.
kziitd Posted February 19, 2021 Posted February 19, 2021 In the game, the result of clothing presented by the slider deformation and bone weight together to bear. The deformation of the slider determines the static appearance of the garment. The weight of the bone determines the dynamic appearance of the costume when it follows the action of the character. If you want to get satisfactory static appearance results, you have to patiently adjust it manually in the edit mode of each slider, and you can basically satisfy any operation with various OS tools. When it's all over. You will start another section of work, which will give weight to the finished static appearance according to your personal needs. This is still a patient work of constant trial and test. So what's your problem? If you look at the content of the game, it may be the result of the combination of slider deformation and bone weight
myuhinny Posted February 19, 2021 Posted February 19, 2021 @adrelovski I fixed your links when posting imgur links you must remove the i. from the links or they'll appear broken for everyone else.

It will be redirected to i.imgur.com anyway. The reason why images are not displayed is that the referer loverslab is (almost always) blocked. In this case it helps to press enter in the address line of the browser on the page with the blocked image. This makes it a direct call without a referrer.
