Tried that one, same outcome. (Attached LO etc, Monter lipsync is loaded before all these.)

RCSKSE and it's patch hub should overwriting TWO and GROWL, if it's still error try reinstall RCSKSE patch Hub. Make sure there's none mod overwriting RCSKSE patch hub script

Do female werewolf animations have some sort of way to work with PPA? I know that the author has posted his documentation on custom races, but I'm not to well versed and I am unsure if female creatures are supported?

Huh oddly Race Comp SKSE isnt even overwritting growl etc in my case, as in nothing to overwrite, wonder if its version thing.

thats the odd part, its there for growl atleast - 
I'll reinstall, maybe some fuckery happened.
