It seems to be an Oblivion mod... I'm not really good at porting, sorry. ?

I can try making it go through a mesh porting tool, but I can't promise anything, since the output mesh was pretty broken the last time I tried... ?

Well, it was much easier than usual since it had CBBE HDT BS files already, which are pretty similar to UUNP ones.

All I needed to do was to fix some clipping and change HDT bones. ?

Actually, the mod was already ported to Skyrim but there was no uunp conversion yet, so I was hoping you would do it. Heres the link to the mesh for skyrim.

The first two make me end up on the Oblivion mod, which is permission free so it would be ok, but where did you find the mediafire link?

Checking the permissions, it seems you only need to contact the mod author beforehand. Here's hoping this works out.

Hello sir, can i make a request? I am looking for this Rogue Sorceress  Outfit Retextured mods Frostfall version. It is basically two parts the armors itself which is one piece armor and cloack (has two variants as hooded and hoodles). What I want is armor and hoodles cloack. Can you make a cbbe hdt conversation. It would be perfect armor has breast-butt-belly physics and inflamation support with hdt cloack. Mod's author Numus' last active 2019 april and I don't think there would be a permission issue from what I understand what writes at the mods page.
