high poly head / replacer

I'm looking to replace the ugly vanilla heads with high poly ones. I'd appreciate it if someone could link me a few

I tried both kou leifoh and citrus but neither of them were working. Nothing had changed when I booted the game up.

The KL head only changes the PC unless you take the extra steps outlined on the VP site.

The Citrus head comes in two versions  - one for just the PC and one for NPCs.

 

Neither one of these heads is an 'overhaul' or 'makeover' as such  - they do not 'beautify' anything as such. What they do is provide a better mesh for the overhauls and makeovers to build upon.

 

Before (probably using Citrus head, not sure though)

 

After (using KL head)

Both are using FSC.

 

If I'm not mistaken, with the KL head you have to change your PC's head to KL in Race Menu.

I was looking for a "remake" of the PC heads- a "beautify" of sort but also high poly. I thought that citrus/KL would do that.

They certainly help but a little more is needed.

1. An NPC overhaul. (One which uses your default meshes and textures).

2. A decent skin mod. (2K is good enough for playing. Higher is only needed if you plan on doing nothing but screen archery)

An HP head.

Try with 1 and 2 and then add the Citrus head (NPC version).

Do you know any decent npc overhaul ones? I've got a few but just for the sake of it. 

 

edit: I presume gmans npc's should do?

I use a few of Gman's followers not not any of his replacers. It depends on your tastes as to what constitutes a 'good' overhaul or replacer.

In no particular order and changing various numbers of NPCs. Some are standalone and some use your meshes and textures.

I can't see anything wrong. I don't know anything about RM sculpt as I never really use it apart from import and export heads..
