I lost interest when I realized there was no easy way to decapitate an actor. I might revisit it one day but for now its just sitting in a WIP folder.

Hi I really like the idea and the animation looks good, it would be a shame not to finish this project. I think @Pamatronic could help, he is very experienced in these things about decapitation.

I do in fact have a few working execution devices, and adding some rape into them would certainly be a nice thing. And yes, there is a nice and easy way to achieve decapitations during animations. I'm using it in my current experimental version for my guillotine and it works like a charm. I could send you the test build as a little demo if you are interested.

Cool, I'd definitely be interested to test it out. Sounds like it could open up a new scope of animation possibilities.
