Player Slave Encounters (Updated Oct 18)

Sleeping in the inn is not necessary for that quest to start. Rescue the argonian from the cave, escort her back to her mom, then a quest update should pop up that you should talk to her as she may know more about it. Do that, and you are ready to go.

Great mod - thanks for all of your hard work!

I'm stuck in guest for dinner ... If you mess with a god, it seems reasonable that there isn't a healthy outcome - just wondering if there's supposed to be.

I think this quest has only a bad ending... That is, you get munched by the uglos .

BTW, random question. I was wondering if you can get enslaved by Mud Crabs, Rats or Slaughterfish ? That would be hilarious. :P

Posted

I had it happen with a mud crab once. It was pretty hard on my immersion :P

It's why I'm a little on the fence about the Allow Animal Owner setting. If I toggle it off, I can't get enslaved by goblins (very plausible), trolls or imps etc. (less plausible, but I can work with it). If I toggle it on, a bad encounter with a wolf, mud crab or similar could end up in enslavement, and I can't quite suspend my disbelief that far.

It would be great with a little filtering on the animal list, or more fine-grained control :)

As for Guest for Dinner..

No good ending... except escaping through the usual means (mini-game or chance). IIRC it was just used as a test for the bad end in the goblin quest and left in as an easter egg.

But I can't find any argonian  in the cave, and there is a cage in the cave, but it's empty. :(

Have you started the quest called "a shadow over hackdirt"? If not, then do so, it's needed.

No,but how to start it?need I finish the other quests before? :shy:

@fisterx

Talk to Dar-Ma in Chorrol. A few days later, visit her mother, Seed-Neeus, to learn that she has not returned from a trip to Hackdirt. Explore Hackdirt to discover the town's hidden secret. Rescue Dar-Ma and make sure she returns safely to Chorrol. - Then I suppose you ask her about her time in captivity.

^Quick walkthrough brought to you by UESP. ;)

The code does a check using GetCreatureType, and disallows type 0 or 4 as owners. The types are

 0: Creature 1: Daedra 2: Undead 3: Humanoid 4: Horse 5: Giant

I believe mudcrabs, wolves etc are type 0, so I don't think Ichabod intended it to be possible to be enslaved by low-level beasties.

Easiest way out is probably to change the script so as to only allow type 3, rather than disallow 0 and 4. A quick check says there's only 4 lines of code to change in the whole plugin. I'm not sure about minotaurs, they may be 5 - but having seen a Frost Titan raping a x117 my disbelief is a bit suspended anyway.

Is this a problem with the latest releases of PSE? As I said above, the current code disallows creature type 0 and horses as owners, but I don't know how long those checks have been there. Ichabod has already been kind enough to allow me to post a version with the workaround for the empty sack bug, but while it would be simple to do, I don't think I can provide another with this change, that would be too much. By my reading of the code, ownership by mudcrabs is a bug, and it's up to Ichabod to decide to fix it.

@JSmith20142

I believe Ichs code is filtering out type 0 and type 4 but allowing other types if 'Allow Animal Owners' is OFF (0 is on and 1 is off in this instance).
So with animal owner OFF, an undead may be able to enslave player (for example).
The code as been the same for quite a while.

I did up a quick 'getcreaturetype' target spell and ran around the testing grounds:
 Type 0
Mudcrabs, deer, dog/wolf, bear, troll, imp, Goblin, rat, sheep, spriggen, minotaur,
 ogre, etc.
 Type 1
 Xivlia, Atronauchs, clanfear, etc.
 Type 2
 Wraith, zombie, Lich, etc.
 Type 3
 ???
 Type 4
 Horse
 Type 5
  did not see any ;)

Undead, yes, because they are type 2, so allowed. The code is explicitly disallowing type 0, so if mudcrabs and wolves are enslaving the player, that's a bug - and as has been commented, is kinda immersion-breaking. Looks as if there's a hole in the checks somewhere.

Thanks cobme, but I‘ve talked with Dar-Ma and wait a few days, but she's still in the city...why the kidnapper is so lazy...and I still can not get the quest for now

@Fistrex You have to be outside Chorrol before Dar-Ma will be moved to Hackdirt.

Other than that I have no idea why she isn't being kidnapped, AFAIK there are no pre-requisites for the quest.

According to UESP it should take 2 days for her to disappear and for the rumors of her disappearance to start spreading around Chorrol.

Actually, the issue I have is that there is no way to enable enslavement by Goblins (& trolls, minotaurs, etc) without also accepting possible enslavement from mudcrabs, bears, wolves, deer (yes I had that happen once too) etc.

The reason is because these all identify as type 0 as mem discovered:

It would be great if there was some way to differentiate between them so I could get enslaved by goblins but not by dogs.

My bad, hadn't looked too closely at Mem's type 0 list; I'd assumed goblins, ogres etc were 'humanoids' - type 3 - but evidently not. Makes me wonder what is a 'creature' 'humanoid' if those aren't.

IMO the check for type 0 needs expanding a bit to allow goblins, ogres trolls, maybe imps, spriggans, minotaurs, but disallow rats, mudcrabs and the like. I know Joburg allows the player to be raped by deer and sheep, but this is one of the reasons I don't run Joburg; guess that's a matter of tastes differing. Bad enough that my current heroine was impregnated by a rat while still in the prison, but fortunately I had a potion to deal with that.

It's Ichabod's mod, so it's up to him to make decisions like that, though (although I have made the above change in my personal copy of PSE).

I have a problem with Ganredhel where towards the end of the quest where she approaches me and says "I have no greeting". is there any way to fix this?

@Lurkerfrombelow & Jsmith

As the code is now, using getcreaturetype (wich works as intended): Either all creatures can enslave or none.
To break down the creature group, one would need to check against ModelPathIncludes like the base LwPK does.

Personally, when my player is enslaved by a creature I wouldnt mind them going to doggie position ;)

@fisterx
You may need to leave all choral cells (even further than just outside city gates), wait 3 or 4 days, then visit dar-mas mother.
I read that from, I think the UESP wiki.

Am I the only person that this has happened to? I LOVE this mod and I will continue to play it, but there are some serious issues that need to be addressed.

Sibling Rivalry: I understand that this quest is wonky and unstable at the best of times, but I have a few very serious issues with it - one of which is quest breaking. I will list from most serious to least.

1) You done went and ate ALL my nirnroots (See screenshots). In screenshot one, you can see that I have JUST initiated the Nirnroot quest - I still need to visit an alchemist. I have not been to see Sinderian yet. In SS #2, you can see that I have collected 44 nirnroots. Finally, in SS #3, I have recovered my gear and yet I am left with only one single lonely little nirnroot. I am a sad panda  :(

2) After recovering my gear from Sibling Rivaly, all of my lockpicks were gone save one.

3) My companion's items were not placed in the chest after activing the Urn (and subsequently completing) Sibling Rivalry. I spent a lot of time deciding on her items, didn't get them back when I completed the quest, so I went and got her new stuff after completing Sibling Rivalry.

This would not be a big deal, but after "paying my fines" and collecting my gear after a subsequent Rough Justice encounter, all of the old items my companion lost due to Sibling Rivalry were placed in the new sack created by Rough Justice.

I am not in the habit of going through the hundreds of items that are removed from my toon and placed in the sack when I am enslaved, so I initially did not notice the missing items. I only noticed that the nirnroots were missing when I finally decided to visit Sindarian, and I only noticed the lockpicks were missing when I tried to open a chest. I noticed that my companion's clothes were gone when I tried to dress her after Sibling Rivalry.

I think you are better off biting the bullet on the randomly working sack and just dump everything into the player's inventory with the aid of massive amounts of feather. How the heck am I going to replace all those nirnroots without cheating or using the console? Maybe I lost other items. I can't tell because I do not have my entire inventory committed to memory.

I know this a work in progress and PSE is by far my favourite Lover's mod. I do not mean for this to be a critisicm of your fantastic mod, but - to me at least - these are serious issues that I hope you can look into as you continue to update.

I experienced a similar issue, so since then I store my valuables in a safe place before voluntarily doing encounters. Yeah... I've learned the hard way.

I was saving before I entered an encounter, but I guess that is just not enough.  I do not fast travel or have map-markers enabled, so it is a bugger to run back to a safe house to store my items before I embark on a bit of humiliation.

I've posted a hacked esp earlier in this thread (0.67 then 0.69) that would have prevented you losing all but your lockpicks. I tired of losing my hard-won valuables to the whims of a sack long ago - and the mod does add a lot to the game.

Ichabod was OK with me uploading the modified esp, and I don't consider it cheating, as it doesn't let you lose any of your stuff while enslaved.

Oh, you will probably lose gold, too, didn't stop that.

Please...

A quick question...

I am playing on one computer and asking questions on another...

What is the percise command in Oblivion to add an NPC by the console to the player faction?

My lovers are fighting with Lord Pellham, that was not what I had in mind when I escaped and came back with four guys... having to hurry along the way to avoid being delayed by being gang raped by my guys...

My guys are waiting outside while I serve Pallham. As I get bored I hit refresh to see if there are any responses. I did the mini game to escape before, I turned that off (my way of doing pickup is to have 1000 locks picks and hold the button down).

p,s, i hate the maid hat.

At least Lord Pallham whips faster than the slave merchant...

Cooking at the moment.... I guess the action is not hard and fast enough... so I am posting...

Thank you to the author for providing a summonary of encounters. I have to find out what the tea party envolves, otherwise i will end up enslaving lord Pallham and taking him home with me. I ruined to slave camp on another character by enslaving everyone and taking the ones liked home with me and putting the rest on the street to sell it. I did the same thing to the whorehouse. I collecteed the men I wanted and left the mistress and the dark elf behind to sell flowers. I never killed anyone, though I disabled anyone with funny graphics.... master wants dinner... wish my guys were here to fill up the the time between the master's demands... yes, total whore;).

Any responses?

Ichabod, Glory has departed?

I am afraid I am exploiting your MODs beyond what you designed them for. The first time I encountered the slavers camp, I enslaved them. This made future slaver encounters go nowhere because there was no one at the camp to take me. (next time around, Oh my God, an ogre and a bear, though I had fun with the ogre on an unscheluded run through the camp...), there are some hot guys I might have to collect later at the camp). At the wholehouse I enslaved them without killing anyone, rezzed the hanged girl and put her to work, but this did not complete the quest. I escaped Lord Pellham, but could not get rid of the maid's hat.

Oh, and encase we lost track of the original question, how do you add player faction to an npc by the console? I did every search for the exact command I could imagine, with only general results..... (throw yourself on the floor and kick and screan for an hour, to get an idea of how I feel about answers without EXACT syntax on what to type where, before you responsed to my post).

Dispite thousands of hours, I am not really all that computer literate...

How to improve te Lord Pallham encounter? If the perverted burgler was Lord Pellham's steward/man at arms and took me home anytime he caught me and took care of me between me between my cooking and bedroom duties....

Anyone come up with any three way animations yet?

Mirror, Mirror on the wall, who is the most perverted of them all?
