Why does the game crash at startup when i just enable some armor and clothing, specifically Ribbon Armor and Spring Dress and also some others?

just to be sure guys, I tried looking here but couldnt find anything. Theres not a mod that ports DOA5 characters for Oblivion(like DOA race for Skyrim) right?

The CTD on game start issue is because of missing master files. Can't say anything about the ribbon armor, but in the case of the Spring Dress mod its esp depends on VipCxj's Real High Heels system. Without this master file installed the game will crash.

 

Remember the 'Soka' suit mod needs OBSE! I mean you need to have OBSE installed and launch the game through obse_loader.exe.

Otherwise you won't get the armors because they are auto-added to your inventory with an additem script enabled by the Script Extender.

 

I have never seen DOA characters as a specific race mod for Oblivion.

There are only a few outfit remodels like the ones by Neovinci, but no DOA race as far as I know.

Only Doa I have seen are DoA Ayane http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/18145/? and DoA Kasumi  http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/18146/? but your imagination will have to be really good or find a wigs from them to help with the look.

could they be in the cheat at "Best Defence" like the SPB compilation mod?

 

EDIT: Never mind.. Found them scattered right in front of the Best Defence while some are found at the other part of the Market district.

 

Anyway, I also added a few more stuff I wish to know on my previous post and other stuff not yet clarified yet.

For some reason the pictures refuse to show up for me. I once read being able to attach files is related to members' post count, but I don't know how many posts you need so that all features of the site are enabled.

 

If you can, maybe have pictures hosted externally until you can attach them for sure. Or start posting wildly to boost your post count, Triratna-style.

 

'ImageVenue' or 'Jpegshare' for example are good free sites. Once you have uploaded a picture, get the image link and use the 'Insert Image' icon in the post editor's toolbar at the top (between the 'Unlink' and 'Code' icons). Paste that link into the URL line in the insert image dialogue window.

I's been a while since I last used 'ImageVenue', so please forgive my faulty instructions: You need to directly paste one of the copied image links, without the 'Insert Image' function and its tags. That way a clickable thumbnail is placed in the post which opens the full-sized image in a new tab. Like this:

 

 
 

Apologies for not remembering the correct use of that site's image links anymore. Normally I use 'Photobucket' and links that need the image tags.

I normally just use the in game screenhot option then drop the pictures into the choose file option box that pops up then load them up they appear small but once clicked they become bigger and you can click left or right side of a picture to scroll through each one.

Well not everyone that makes something will put it out for everyone sometimes they make them for themselves and if it came from some sites like navar.com chances are you'll never see it excpet in pictures. Also sometimes those pictures on that site also come with a download somewhere on the page. The downloads are the files with the UPyadayada.rar/zip but the only way to find out is to download them and see what each one is.

The central flowery twigs/branches are missing from KrisTa's corset while Enio's version of the outfit has no collar/necklace.

 

On LL the 'official' KrisTa mod thread can be found here, this post has the link to Thorazine's 4shared folder with all original 'Lady' mods and in this one is the link to my MEGA mirror.

Well that outfit is called Sweet as Sugar for A3 and there are free textures for it I have even done some myself for some of the skyrim versions or they bought the textures and changed it.
