Game company has nothing to do with where the game is coming out. Sony(Publisher) is the one in charge, so they are the ones to blame. Also Guerrilla Games(Developers) are the ones who ported the game on PC and you were enjoying a game just because of them.

I can see H:FW coming to PC, although not anytime soon, maybe in like 2-3 yrs. Sony's later games however I do not, at least not until PCIe 4.0 or above with 7GB+ speeds becomes the norm for PC.

I think there's a good chance it will come to PC, once it's completely tapped out on PlayStation.  Sony have a good presence on Steam now and have started releasing relatively recent games, such as Days Gone and have even announced Uncharted 4 for PC.

My most humble apologies, have this soothing image to centre yourself.  I'd no idea these cursed images would have that effect, but should have guessed.  I have a theory that Sony and other games companies are searching for the fabled 75th gender, at which point the universe becomes one and we all forget that sex ever existed.  Either that or they're a bunch of self absorbed woke bellends?

You clearly have no clue about Hardware LOL. Any current PC with a 2060 or better runs circles around a PS5.

Clearly has no idea how PCs work. News flash boss - if consoles can do it, PCs can do it better. The only reason why consoles drive technical innovation is because first party developers HAVE to give consumers a reason to purchase that new box every cycle. Therefore, consoles drive gaming innovation. As first parties are encouraged to do as much as they can to eek out every ounce of performance so they sell hardware units. PC has never had that issue. People just buy PCs, gaming is a bonus on it. Even enthusiasts buy PCs not for gaming, but to show how amazing the hardware is (benchmarks, overclocking competitions, etc.)

 

If the PC platform became a closed source box like consoles, trust and believe "first party" developers would create games that wiped the floor with consoles. Plus, there's a thing called direct to metal. That concept has largely favored consoles. As PC's of course have all manner of API that interfere with the direct to metal design paradigm. Which is why you see a lot of titles on consoles that numerous technical outlets say is damn near impossible/pushing the absolute limit of the hardware. Because they have less overhead due to APIs. They can much more efficiently use the available hardware that is at their disposal.

 

Something PCs, unfortunately will never EVER truly take advantage of, UNLESS, Microsoft allows it. So a 3k rig while extremely powerful and can outperform any console like it's child's play, is still leaving performance on the table. Thanks to DirectX APIs, Nvidia Driver APIs, motherboard manufacturer APIs, and of course Windows itself.

 

Honestly, if PCs started booting into special cut down versions of the operating system when a game launched, we would see a massively leap in PC gaming. Much like DOS back during the 95/98 era. As all the resources handling the overall Windows operating system would now be shifted to run games in their full glory. Where games could communicate almost directly with the hardware. (Again, as close to direct to metal as you can get on a PC.)

 

 

EDIT; But trust me, HZDFW (Horizon Zero Dawn Forbidden West) could easily run on PCs right now. As EVERY console fanboy seems to forget, whenever a developer makes a game for a console, it must run on PC first. As they develop on PC, and then target the console. So every game in existence has ran on a PC first.

I like Aloy's face as it is in HZ1, and watching the HZ2 gameplay I never had any negative impression of her looks.

I think it was just unfortunate that they started with a close-up shot from an NPC's point of view.  It skewed the perspective and made the model changes look far worse than they are. 

 

I too liked the H:ZD model and haven't used the face rework mod, because it makes her look slightly unfamiliar (bit rich I know, given my model work?).  Personally, I don't mind what they do, as long as the character looks like the one I already knew, but sadly, that's not what I see with the H:FW Aloy.  Her eyes, nose and forehead appear smaller, whilst her cheeks and jaw are larger.  It's a personal thing, but I'm not a fan.  Very impressive animation though, just on the wrong face?.

Well, I was following this thread in the hope that the original (banned on nexus) nude mod would be grafted onto the Undergarments Outfit, and maybe a version with boots and gloves would turn up.

 

I woke up this morning and someone's smeared crap on the walls.

Hey, make it to replace the Undergarments and I'll use it. Until a version of Aloy's Adjustments comes out that lets you change the Undergarments, there aren't many options there.

I think the issue is rather the huge diversity in different hardware available in PCs. This is what requires the layers of API which you don't need when running on a single type of hardware only.

I can only say, thank you orange, this mod is a complete blast and I love it.
I appreciate this type of mod that together with the camera mode you can get a lot of juice in the art that is to create mod and video games

im feel abit confused, i download the Aloy Explicit Outfits, then overwrite with Thicc_Aloy, but doesnt get like this, i still get a half nude outcast .
