I am verrryyyy new to this service. And my little mind has been wondering...Will my profile picture stay like this...FOREVER?

Do I need to fulfill something?

Thanks ahead!

You need to perform the ancient ritual.

  1. Click in your username near the top-left corner.
  2. Click Profile.
  3. In there you'll see your current avatar and a little image button.
  4. Press said button to select a new image to use as your profile photo/avatar.

You need 2 posts before you can change your avatar. Once you can change your avatar it must be a specific size and can't be animated (GIF).

Hmm, is this still valid? or is there another rule? I still can't change my avatar =S

Yes it's still valid. The file you use for your avatar must be the correct size listed for a avatar as well as a file type that is listed under accepted file types.

Thanks for the reply @myuhinny ; Sadly I don't see it yet, and am on 8 points already(9 with this):
