The description says the interaction with Cobb is based on high CHA and low STR.  How low does STR have to be, and how high does CHA have to be ?

I would like to see Joe Cobb and Flambe react to your PG slave status when you speak to them again after Eddie has removed the collar.  Maybe a forced dialogue when you walk up to them indicating they still see you as a slave?
