Nothing, the masturbation scene wont start at all, and even if I used console commands, the dialogue continues as normal  but nothing happens after wards

I also had trouble with this scene starting. I guess it was kinda random if I waited in-game to see if he started or not.

Were you already at the shrine when he got there?

He was there before me, praying at the shrine, and kept praying without starting any scenes

The tasting quest is not completing and resettin the npc after I have finished the job, they just stand around and does nothing, I have gotten the gold from benjen

I had this problem too, turns out you need to wait for him to arrive, or something like that, no idea how I timed it I got lucky

leaving the building solved it, I really need to check basic stuff before going to forums, anyway thats a solution for people who experience the same

The scene is triggered by location changes. Definitely the player but possibly the guy too. So some things that could go wrong would be that he wasn't there when you got there, some other mod removes the location information I put on the cell (it has none in vanilla), or the stage is wrong.

 

I would at least try leaving the area and coming back while he's there.

I need to clean up the end of the quest. You have to leave the brothel right now.

Just so I know I'm not missing anything, is Audhild just stuck in the dungeon until a future update?

 

Also, regarding the scene at Dibella's shrine, I found a conflict with the Divine Elegance stpre which modifies the same area, disabling that fixed it. No great loss for me, I only use it occasionally anyway.

She should stay there for about a week, although I don't know if I actually tested that.

 

Thanks for letting me know about the conflict. I know the way I chose to do that seemed like a good idea at the time, but it is asking for mod conflicts, so I will probably need to look into a safer way of starting his scene.

By the way, in case you're curious about correct name pronunciations for the mod, this voice pack for the player gets Sassa, Jessa Matius, Serena Caesia, Vanikseth, and Vanika right in what I've heard so far. It misses the mark slightly on Jagar.

I've discovered a bug where Discerning Taste, the tasting quest in Benjen's brothel, will not start if The Price of Love, the one with Tythis Ulen, is running at all. Because The Price of Love requires raising a fairly large amount of money, it can be running for a long time.

 

In 0.14, the only way to fix this is to complete The Price of Love. It will be fixed in the next release.

This one is much more complete in the number of voiced player lines. It does pretty good at names, too, though it gets Tlatha wrong and Jagar even more wrong than the Ciri one.

 

Also, I'm not a huge voiced protagonist fan, but these things have actually helped me catch a few typos in the dialogue prompts.

Her dialogue option should be "I'd like to get a prostitution license". Since stage 10 is done, I'm assuming you got the objective to speak to the steward?

 

The quest title should be Riften Prostitution License and the objective should say "Speak to the Jarl's steward in Riften about a prostitution license".

 

Just to check: are you on SE or LE?

Thanks for the reply. I’m on SE and I’ve got the ‘speak to the steward’ quest objective but there’s no quest market for the steward and when I speak to her there’s no dialogue option.

That's very strange. I can't reproduce the problem, and you're the first person who's reported that. Just to check, what does this console command say?

There should be a section that says something like "11 Aliases for quest TAPQRiftenLicense". Does everything under that say NONE beside it or anything like that?

It will not crash, the world edits of SL Survival don't conflict with TAP. The mechanics are independent. You can make them "work together" disabling TAP public sex bounty and allowing freelance solicitation and use the SL Survival prostitution licence to work at night during curfew.

SL Survival has integration with TDF Prostitution, but using TDF makes TAP solicitation and licences redundant.

The brothels are outside the city so you will have to find a way out to work there. Some TAP licence quests might be more difficult to get since they require you to travel a looong distance (Windhelm). The storage inside the brothels doesn't work as safe stach unless you mark it as such in the SLS MCM.

 

It has been a while since I used SL Survival but that's from the top of my head. They can play along nice but there's no integration.

thanks for this. I had only just started using LAL to begin in riften so I restarted a new game and the bug has now gone! Same load order and everything. The marker for the steward is now there so I’ll see if the dialogue appears. Thanks for all your help though.

I found the one in the temple in solitude, she works, and the one at the four shields works (though I couldnt persuade her). Just Siarra ignores me. I press E to activate her like normal, but I don't enter the dialog menu and she mouths some words.
