Once you get the SE version of the DD mods installed, don't forget to build the DD outfits to your body in BS and to re-run FNIS.

Seems like your SexyMove is not installed correctly. I have it installed and I'm not getting that warning.

I know this topic is very old but its also the top result in google when you search this error. I'm sure a lot of people see this thread with no resolution to this.

A few reasons for this error. The original file has a folder within a folder.

 

I know if you use Mod Manager 2, when you install, don't click ok. Click manual. right click on data (with the check mark next to it) and select set as data. This will fix it.
