Request: smart visual mods guide

I'm looking for some good mod list to make skyrim beautiful, just like on mod's screenshots, not like my shit. I lost my old well installed config and i'm tired of rebuilding this. I was searching for some "guides", but i'm sick of "1. install NNM, 2. instal SKSE..." i need names, order and Your help

Yet another pointless post. Only you know what sort of look you like. Look at youtuber playthroughs, they often post their mod list.

Please clarify what you mean by "make Skyrim beautiful":

a) brighter colors, so that your screenshots would be more pleasant to look at?

b) things like darker nights, more real-looking rain, lightning, snow, trees etc?

c) prettier NPCs?
